    摘要: A self-ballasted lamp includes a base body, a light source unit attached to one side of the base body, a lens attached to the light source unit, a cap provided on the other side of the base body and a lighting circuit arranged in the space provided by the base body and the cap. The light source unit includes a light source constituted by semiconductor light emitting elements. The lens has a lens body facing the light source and an attachment leg for attaching the lens body to the light source unit. A claw portion to be secured to the light source unit can be provided on the attachment leg.

    摘要: The backlight device includes a plurality of packages, and a light guide plate. The package includes a housing for package, and a plurality of light sources. The housing for package includes a tubular part having a wall surrounding the circumference, a bottom wall provided at one end of the tubular part, and a passing part provided at the other end of the tubular part for passing the light from inside to outside of the tubular part. The plurality of light sources are contained in the housing for package and disposed in the bottom wall, and emit light. The plurality of packages are arrayed in one direction. At least part of the layout of light sources relative to the incident plane is different from mutually adjacent packages.

    摘要: According to one embodiment, a semiconductor light emitting device includes a substrate, a first semiconductor layer, a light emitting layer, a second semiconductor layer, and a translucent electrode. The substrate includes a first region provided along periphery of a first major surface and a second region provided on center side of the first major surface as viewed from the first region. The first semiconductor layer is provided on the first major surface of the substrate. The light emitting layer is provided on the first semiconductor layer. The second semiconductor layer is provided on the light emitting layer. The translucent electrode is provided on the second semiconductor layer. A reflectance in the second region is higher than a reflectance in the first region.

A light scattering pattern 31 is formed on the reflection surface 3b. A light control pattern 32 is formed on the reflection surface 3b at almost entire portions except for the light scattering pattern 31 is formed for reflecting the light introduced and for outputting from the light emitting surface 3c. A pattern less area is formed on the reflection surface 3b at a boundary portion between the light scattering pattern 31 and the light control pattern 32.
