    摘要: To control a power state of a power system properly according to a communication state. A system for controlling a power system includes a plurality of sensor devices configured to output measurement data; a first control apparatus configured to estimate a first power state of the power system by using the measurement data obtained by the plurality of sensor devices, calculate a first controlled variable according to the estimated first power state, and output the calculated first controlled variable; and at least a second control apparatus configured to execute a predetermined control operation according to either the first controlled variable calculated in the first control apparatus, or a second controlled apparatus calculated in the second control apparatus. When it is not able to obtain part of the measurement data, the first control apparatus estimates the first power state by using predetermined measurement data among the obtained measurement data.

    摘要: A traffic information providing system externally acquires traffic information including information relating to the travel time of a link, calculates a travel time for a non-provision link to which no travel time is provided through estimate/complement operation. The estimate/complement operation is carried out with use of travel times, emergencies, travel times of links in the vicinity of the non-provision link, and so on, obtained in the near past. The system stores and statistically processes the externally-acquired traffic information, and also estimates a travel time in the near future. When there is an abnormality in the acquired traffic information, the system deletes the abnormality, regards the information as a non-provision link, calculates a probability distribution of travel times of links, calculates a probability distribution of travel times of the entire route made up of a plurality of links, and also calculates a probability for a specific travel time range.

    摘要: A traffic information processing apparatus for alleviating the problem of discrepancy between a plurality of traffic information which may be acquired from different sources is disclosed. In the case where a plurality of traffic information are acquired, the information are corrected into reference traffic information selected from the plurality of the traffic information. For example, the traffic information processing apparatus acquires first traffic information (VICS information) used for the navigation process and second traffic information (probe traffic information) having a different source from the first traffic information. From the first and second traffic information, the traffic information for a common object is extracted, and based on the difference between them, the correcting information used for correcting the second traffic information is generated. The traffic information on an object not contained in the first traffic information is acquired by correcting the second traffic information on the object using the correcting information.
