    摘要: Method and apparatus for processing substrates through a number of wet treatments. A substrate is set on a substrate rotating means for rotation in a horizontal face-up position, within a housing which is open on its top side. By a treating liquid feed means having a treating liquid feed nozzle member, at least one kind of treating liquid is supplied onto upper surfaces of the substrate being rotated by the substrate rotating means. The treating liquid feed nozzle member is supported on a movable arm for displacement to and from an operative position vertically confronting the substrate and a receded standby position away from the substrate on the substrate rotating means. Located face to face with lower surfaces of the substrate is a nozzle means which supplies a fluid to the lower side of the substrate.

    摘要: A storage device having a plurality of recording devices in which a decrease in vibrations from the recording devices can be achieved with a small number of parts. A storage device having a plurality of recording devices mounted therein includes a handle for inserting and withdrawing the recording device into and out of the storage device. Two holding members each include a mounting portion where the recording device is mounted and a frame extending from the mounting portion to the handle. Two protrusions are formed to extend inwardly of a region surrounded by the recording device, the handle, and the two frames. A restriction plate is disposed so as to overlap the respective surfaces of the two protrusions; and a viscoelastic body is disposed at the overlapping portion for joining the two protrusions and the restriction plate to one another.

    摘要: Disclosed is a welding inspection method which does not require the inspector to be highly skilled, does not require waiting for the spot welded part to cool off, and with which the probe is not consumed or damaged. A probe temporarily mounted close to the welded part on the surface of a metal plate emits ultrasonic waves from an oblique direction with respect to the boundary surfaces between a plurality of metal plates. At this time, the probe is temporarily mounted at the position where the incident ultrasonic waves pass through the welded part at the boundary between the plurality of metal plates in an oblique direction with respect to the boundary surface. Also, a display processing means displays the intensity of the refrected ultrasonic waves. Alternatively, the display processing means displays the details of the detection result estimated based on the intensity of the reflected ultrasonic waves.
