摘要: A method of manufacturing a tubular member having a non-constant thickness by ironing at least a portion of the tubular material. The ironing apparatus can have a punch and a die, and the die can have a convex and concave side surface opposing the punch. The method can include bending an axial end portion of the tubular material to form a bent portion. The tubular material can then axially engage the die at the bent portion, and then the punch can be moved relative to the die to iron at least a portion of the tubular material.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a tubular member having a non-constant thickness by ironing at least a portion of the tubular material. The ironing apparatus can have a punch and a die, and the die can have a convex and concave side surface opposing the punch. 摘要: A method of manufacturing a wheel rim for a vehicle includes an ironing step for ironing a tubular material to manufacture a tubular member having a non-constant thickness, using an ironing apparatus provided with a punch, a die whose side surface opposing the punch is a convex and concave surface, and a pressing member. At the ironing step, a flange portion of the tubular material is set at the die, then the pressing member is moved relative to the die thereby to squeeze the flange portion of the tubular material by the pressing member and the die, and then the punch is moved relative to the die to iron at least a portion of the tubular material except the flange portion of the tubular material to manufacture the tubular member having a non-constant thickness.

摘要: An aspect of the invention provides a motor that comprises: a stator including multiple motor coils; multiple bus rings configured to distribute currents of different phases to the motor coils; and a ring-shaped bus ring holder in which multiple holding grooves configured to hold the respective bus rings are formed, wherein: each of the motor coils includes an insulator around which a wound wire is wound; the insulator includes an outer flange formed at an outer side of the wound wire in a radial direction of the motor and extending in an axial direction of the motor; and the bus ring holder is arranged at an outer side of the outer flange in the radial direction of the motor, and contiguous to the outer flange.

摘要: A water treatment control system using a fluorescence analyzer includes an activated carbon injection equipment 4 having an activated carbon injector 4a, a fluorescence analyzer 7 provided on the upstream of the activated carbon injector 4a, and a flowing water flowmeter 6. An activated carbon injection rate necessary to reduce a trihalomethane formation potential is calculated by an activated carbon injection rate calculating apparatus 8 based on a measured value from the fluorescence analyzer 7. An activated carbon injection amount from the activated carbon injector 4a is controlled by an activated carbon injection amount control apparatus 9 based on the activated carbon injection rate and a measured value from the flowing water flowmeter 6.

摘要: A pixel signal outputted from an image pickup device in a standard image pickup region of a solid-state image device and a pixel signal outputted from an image pickup device in a camera shake correction region are written into a first memory and a second memory alternately for each screen. By adjusting the number of lines of a video signal upon reading out a signal from the memory, a moving image is outputted as a wide angle image. Further, by outputting all line signals in the memory, a wider angle still image is obtained.
