摘要: A fuel reforming apparatus has a heating device, a reformer, and a CO oxidizing device. The heating device has a burning device for oxidizing fuel for burning with air and a vaporizing device for vaporizing the raw fuel. The control device for the fuel reforming apparatus has a raw fuel quantity determinator and a target temperature setting means for setting the target temperature of the raw fuel. The raw fuel quantity determinator determines a quantity of raw fuel supplied to the heating device. On the basis of the quantity of raw fuel supplied to the heating device by the determination of the raw fuel quantity determinator, the target temperature setting means sets a target temperature of the raw fuel. The heating device then heats the raw fuel to the predetermined target temperature by the control of the above-mentioned control device.

摘要: A carbon monoxide reducing device supplies oxygen to a reformate gas obtained through a reforming reaction so as to oxidize carbon monoxide contained in the reformate gas by means of the oxygen and thereby reduces a concentration of carbon monoxide contained in the reformate gas. This carbon monoxide reducing device is equipped with an oxygen supply amount controller designed to oxidize CO. The oxygen supply amount controller controls an amount of oxygen supplied to oxidize carbon monoxide contained in the reformate gas based on an amount of supply of fuel contributing to the reforming reaction. Thereby, the amount of oxygen for oxidizing carbon monoxide contained in the reformate gas is adjusted appropriately, and a high-quality reformate gas can be obtained.

摘要: In the case that a lift amount of a second valve body for controlling a small flow rate is equal to or less than a predetermined amount, a pilot passage is closed by a pilot valve body, and a first valve port is closed by a first valve body for controlling a large flow rate, thereby taking a small flow rate control state in which a flow rate is controlled in correspondence to the lift amount of the second valve body, and in the case that the lift amount of the second valve body goes beyond the predetermined amount, the pilot valve body is moved up in conjunction with an upward movement of a valve shaft so as to open the pilot passage, thereby taking a large flow rate control state in which the first valve body opens the first valve port on the basis of this.

摘要: Time required for location registration is reduced and concentration of location update signals caused when a group moves is prevented. Each mobile node and a mobile router sends a location update request to a local location manager near to the area in which it exists, so that time required for location registration can be reduced, and it is possible to prevent pressure on wireless resources and temporary increase in communication traffic within a mobile network, which may be caused by concentration of location update signals when a group moves as in the case of a train with a lot of passengers having mobile nodes. Thereby, even if location registration is not correctly performed by a mobile router, which sends a location update request on behalf of mobile nodes existing in the space of a moving body, due to the communication condition or a failure, it can be dealt with.

摘要: A measurement-facilitating method of measuring the breakdown voltage of a semiconductor epitaxial wafer, and a semiconductor epitaxial wafer whose breakdown voltage is superior are realized. In a method of measuring the breakdown voltage of a semiconductor epitaxial wafer having to do with the present invention, the breakdown voltage between contacts 12, 12 is measured only through the Schottky contacts, without need for ohmic contacts. Inasmuch as the manufacturing process of forming ohmic contacts is accordingly omitted, the semiconductor epitaxial wafer 10 may be readily used in a breakdown-voltage measurement test. The measurement of the wafer 10 breakdown voltage thus may be readily carried out. Likewise, because the inter-contact breakdown voltage V2 of a wafer 10 can be measured prior to manufacturing a working device from it, unsuitable wafers 10 can be excluded before they are cycled through the working-device fabrication process. Reduction in losses can accordingly be counted upon, in contrast to conventional measuring methods, by which inter-contact breakdown voltage V2 is measured following fabrication of the working devices.
