    摘要: A method of solving a control problem in a processing plant is provided by modification of at least two manipulated variables within the manipulation range thereof, wherein the manipulated variables are associated with one or more processing unit(s), and the at least two manipulated variables affect at least one process variable of the processing plant. The method includes the following steps: establishing a value distribution of the at least one process variable for different value combinations of the at least two manipulated variables within the manipulation range thereof, taking into account one or more process parameter(s), and determining a control curve on the basis of the value distribution of the process variable for modifying the at least two manipulated variables in order to switch the processing plant from the start state to the end state, taking into account at least one boundary condition.

    摘要: A gas-phase polyolefin reactor system for rapidly transitioning from one polyolefin product to another is disclosed. The reactor system comprises a control valve, a high-flow valve, a polyolefin reactor, a flow meter, a totalizer and an empirical model. During a transition, the empirical model predicts a required amount based upon an initial concentration and a selected ending concentration, the flow meter measures a flow rate, the totalizer determines a totalized amount when the flow rate of the first stream reaches the required amount based upon the measured flow rate and outputs the totalized amount to the empirical model, and the empirical model compares the required amount to the totalized amount and determines a transition endpoint. A method of rapidly transitioning the reactor system from one polyolefin product to another is also disclosed.

    摘要: It is made possible to scale up the throughput of a chemical plant using microreactors. The chemical plant has a liquid sending line communicating with a raw material tank at a bifurcation of raw material and a means for detecting the flow of raw material and a control valve for adjusting the flow located in the line. In each branch line to each of the multiple microreactors connected in parallel, there are provided a means for monitoring the flow rate of raw material and a means for adjusting this flow rate. A control apparatus monitors the flow rate in each liquid sending line and adjusts the quantity of liquid sent from each control valve and each pump to avoid the influence of an air bubble or deposit in each line.
