摘要: A fuel supply system for an internal combustion engine, particularly of a motor vehicle, includes a control unit for determining a fuel quantity to be injected, the fuel quantity to be injected being initially increased during a start of the internal combustion engine and then being reduced again. The fuel supply system also includes a fuel injector for injecting the fuel quantity to be injected into a combustion chamber. It is checked by the control unit whether a combustion has taken place in the cylinder, and, if no combustion has taken place, the fuel quantity to be injected is not reduced, or is not reduced to the same extent as when a combustion has taken place.

摘要: A fuel supply system for an internal combustion engine in a motor vehicle in particular is provided with a control unit for determining a quantity of fuel to be supplied to a cylinder. An injection valve is provided for injecting the quantity of fuel to be supplied. The control unit determines whether combustion has taken place in the cylinder. The quantity of fuel supplied to the cylinder where no combustion has taken place is determined by the control unit.

摘要: An internal combustion engine (1), especially for a motor vehicle, is described, which has a combustion chamber (4) into which fuel can be injected in at least two operating modes. Each of the injections has an injection start angle and an injection duration. Furthermore, a control apparatus 18 is provided for control (open loop and/or closed loop). An injection end angle can be determined by the control apparatus (18) from the injection start angle and the injection duration. Likewise, a check can be made by the control apparatus (18) as to whether an injection interrupt angle is exceeded by the injection end angle.

摘要: The invention is directed to a method of starting an engine for internal combustion engines of a motor vehicle driven by gasoline direct injection with the engines being subdivided into several cylinder banks and a high pressure injection system being provided for each cylinder bank. During a first phase (A), an injection into the cylinders of a first cylinder bank in correspondence to their normal ignition sequence takes place and no injection is carried out in the cylinders of the remaining cylinder banks. In a subsequent second phase (B), injection takes place also into the cylinders of the other cylinder bank or banks.

摘要: A method and a control unit are proposed for checking the performance reliability of a timer that is arranged outside of the control unit, used in particular for controlling an internal combustion engine, and that supplies time information to the control unit, further time information being generated internally in the control unit and being compared to corresponding time information supplied by the external timer. Because an internal time meter is started in the control unit and the comparison of the time information supplied by the external timer and by the internal time meter is carried out at arbitrarily specifiable points of time, a malfunction of the external timer can be determined during the entire operating time, and furthermore, a deviation can be calculated with higher accuracy.

摘要: An internal combustion engine, especially of a motor vehicle, is described wherein fuel can be injected into an intake manifold or into a combustion chamber during warm up. A control apparatus is provided for determining a warm-up factor (fWL) for increasing the injected fuel quantity below an operating temperature of the engine. With the control apparatus, the warm-up factor (fWL) is determined from a base factor (fG) and a load-dependent factor (fLA).

摘要: A drive configuration for stair lifts is described. The drive configuration has a load-bearing configuration which is mounted displaceably on a first (bottom) guide rail and a second (top) guide rail. A drive unit interacts with a drive rail. The drive rail is formed by a perforated bar which has engagement openings spaced apart at regular intervals in the longitudinal direction and also has two uninterrupted, mutually opposite running surfaces. The drive unit has two gearwheel-shaped drive wheels which are disposed opposite one another, and accommodate the perforated bar with a radial contact-pressure force between them. The drive wheels have drive surfaces which are uninterrupted in the circumferential direction and radially projecting drive protrusions, the drive protrusions interacting with the engagement openings in a form-fitting drive connection and the drive surfaces interacting with the running surfaces in a force-fitting drive connection.
