    摘要: A simulator apparatus with at least two degrees of freedom of movement for an instrument which has an elongated shaft, has a holding device for the instrument, the holding device being designed such that the instrument has at least a first degree of freedom of rotary movement about the longitudinal axis of the shaft and at least a second degree of freedom of translatory movement in the direction of the shaft. The holding device has a gear arrangement for the first and second degrees of freedom, which has a first bevel gear, which is connected to the shaft and corotates with the latter about the longitudinal axis thereof, and has a second and a third bevel gear which are arranged on either side of the first bevel gear and are in rolling engagement therewith.

    摘要: A device for holding and positioning an endoscopic instrument introduced through a body surface of a patient has a holder for the instrument, which holder is designed in such a way that the instrument can be positioned relative to the body surface in different spatial tilt positions. The holder has a first bow-shaped element whose two end portions are arranged directed towards the body surface, and whose middle portion is directed away from the body surface, the first bow-shaped element being pivotable about a first pivot axis which extends through both end portions. The holder has a second bow-shaped element whose end portions are directed towards the body surface, but arranged offset by approximately 90° relative to the end portions of the first bow-shaped element, and whose middle portion is directed away from the body surface by substantially the same distance as the first bow-shaped element, the second bow-shaped element being pivotable about a second pivot axis which extends through both end portions of the second bow-shaped element, and both bow-shaped elements each having an opening which extends along said elements, and an overlapping region of the openings serving as a guide for the instrument.

    摘要: A device for the sterile sheathing of a sterilization-sensitive operating part, which can be connected to a medical instrument for surgical intervention, having a handling element, which comprises a bundled sterile hose at a distal end, whereby the handling element further comprises an opening, through which the sterilization-sensitive operating part can be inserted from proximal to distal into the sterile hose such that the sterilization-sensitive operating part can thereby be sheathed with the hose. It is suggested that a medical instrument is connected fixedly at its proximal end region to a distal end of the sterile hose, and that there is a transfer station, in which the sterilization-sensitive operating part is accommodated, whereby the handling element can be connected to the transfer station such that the medical instrument and the sterilization-sensitive operating part can be connected to one another and that this assembly can be withdrawn from the transfer station, whereby the bundled sterile hose can be pulled over the sterilization-sensitive operating part.

    摘要: A video endoscope comprises an elongate shaft having a longitudinal axis, and a handpiece at the proximal end of the shaft, a distal end of the shaft being provided with a lens and, in the proximal direction from the lens, with an electronic image pickup. The image pickup is connected, via an electrical connection extending along the shaft, to an electrical connector piece arranged on the handpiece. The image pickup and the connector piece can rotate relative to each other about the longitudinal axis of the shaft. The electrical connection comprises at least one flexible, elongate circuit board, which is able to twist about its longitudinal direction and has at least one conductor track.

Light guides are guided in the interstice between the interior space and outer tube. A closure element made of transparent material, which closes off the distal end of the outer tube in hermetically sealed fashion, is provided. The closure element has a window in the region of the inner tube. The window is surrounded by an opaque layer that shields the window radially from the entry of illumination light.
