    摘要: A camera system and method are suitable for use in applications in which three dimensional images are generated without using complicated procedures. A camera system includes: a first camera and a second camera; a camera adaptor box; and a camera control unit. The camera adaptor box controls the operations of the first and second cameras and transmits the images from the first and second cameras to the camera control unit. The camera control unit outputs a control signal, received from a control panel to control the cameras, to the camera adaptor box. The camera control unit outputs a video signal received from the camera adaptor box to a display apparatus and a recording apparatus.

    摘要: An image-data processing apparatus corrects flicker in each image-data frame. The apparatus includes a threshold generator that generates a threshold; an integrator that integrates values of extracted pixel data of a selected range in each frame on the basis of the threshold; a storage unit that stores integrated values of frames; an average calculator that calculates an average value of the image data on the basis of the integrated values; a gain calculator that divides the average value by an integrated value associated with a target frame, thereby calculating a reference correction gain; a comparator that checks whether pixel data in the target frame are in the selected range; a correction-gain output unit that outputs a correction gain on the basis of the comparison; and a corrector that corrects each piece of the pixel data in the selected range on the basis of the correction gain.

The adapter provides a camera control signal to the first camera to control operation of the first camera. The adapter converts the camera control signal to a second camera control signal utilizing information from the first and the second cameras indicative of imaging states of the cameras, and provides the second camera control signal to the second camera to control operation of the second camera.     摘要: In a controller, a first switch unit establishes electrical connection between a power-off brake and a power source when a servomotor is energized. The electrical connection causes the power-off brake to be released. A second switch unit is provided between the power-off brake and the power source. The second switch unit establishes electrical connection between the power-off brake and the power source upon being manually operated during the servomotor being deenergized. A calculating unit calculates a driving speed of the joint by the servomotor. A determining unit determines whether the calculated driving speed of the joint is greater than a predetermined threshold speed. An interrupting unit interrupts a supply of electrical power from the power source to the power-off brake through the electrical connection established by the second switch unit when it is determined that the calculated driving speed of the joint is greater than the predetermined threshold speed.
