    摘要： A resolver includes: a resolver rotor attached to a rotational shaft; an annular resolver stator that is provided on a radially outer side of the resolver rotor and that has a plurality of teeth each opposed, across a clearance, to an outer peripheral face of the resolver rotor and circumferentially arranged at given intervals; and a case member having a cylindrical fit portion to which an outer peripheral face of the resolver stator is fitted. At least three protrusions, each protruding radially outward, are formed at given circumferential intervals on the outer peripheral face of the resolver stator, so that the outer peripheral face of the resolver stator is press-fitted to an inner peripheral face of the fit portion at positions at which the protrusions are formed.

    摘要： Disclosed are a lubricant composition to which is added as buffer particles to a lubricant polyurethane resin particles obtained by reacting and synthesizing long-chain polyol having a number-average molecular weight of not less than 500, a crosslinking agent having three or more active hydrogen groups in one molecule, and polyisocyanate as buffer particles, a speed reduction gear filled with the lubricant composition, and an electric power steering apparatus having the speed reduction gear incorporated therein, wherein noise produced by the speed reduction gear can be made lower than ever before irrespective of the magnitude of backlash in a case where a worm and a worm wheel are combined with each other and without complicating the configuration of the speed reduction gear by the buffer action of the buffer particles added to the lubricant composition, thereby making it possible to reduce noise produced in an automobile due to the electric power steering apparatus at low cost.

    摘要： Provided are a spline joint (1) where a section at which a male spline shaft (2) and a female spline shaft (3) mesh is filled with a lubricating agent composition containing a lubricating oil and buffer particles (B), and the lubricating agent composition. Impact caused by meshing of both spline shafts (2, 3) is buffered by the buffer particles (B) placed in the section at which both spline shafts (2, 3) mesh. As a result, chattering sound and sliding resistance can be stably reduced for a longer time without having wearing and peeling which occur in coating.

    摘要： An electric power steering apparatus is provided with a worm which is a driving gear interlocked with an electric motor for assisting steering, and a worm wheel which is a driven gear having an annular teeth body made of synthetic resin meshing with the worm and a metallic core body coupling the annular teeth body and is attached to the steering shaft. Protrusions are provided on a side surface of the annular teeth body in a face width direction at a plurality of circumferential positions from which a distance to a center of rotation is different from each other, and stirred lubricating fats and oils applied around the worm wheel. As a result, the lubricating fats and oils can be moved to between tooth surfaces of a meshing portion between the worm and worm wheel.
