    摘要: A scroll compressor has an orbiting scroll which operatively meshes with a stationary scroll to define compression chambers therebetween. This orbiting scroll is driven by an electric motor through a crank-shaft, and makes an orbiting movement while being prevented from rotating about its own axis by a rotation preventing member. The crankshaft is journalled by at least two sliding bearings which are arranged respectively on the both sides of the electric motor, and the mast remotely distanced bearing from the orbiting scroll has a self-aligning function which enables it to change its attitude in accordance with any inclination of the crankshaft. Further, a balance and a counter weight are provided on the crankshaft to counterbalance the centrifugal force produced by the orbiting scroll and the inertial force produced by the rotation preventing member.

    摘要: A horizontal compressor including an electric motor and a compressor element mounted in a case serving concurrently as an oil sump. The compressor element includes a cylinder, a shaft having a crank, a roller fitted to the crank for eccentric rotation along inner side surfaces of the cylinder, a vane moving in reciprocatory movement in a bore of the cylinder while abutting against the roller, two side plates located on opposite sides of the cylinder, one of the two side plates being formed with a suction port for a lubricant and the other side plate being formed with a discharge port for the lubricant, and a pump chamber defined by a back of the vane, the bore of the cylinder and the two side plates. The suction port is in the form of a tapering port including a small diameter portion directly adjacent the pump chamber and a large diameter portion directly adjacent the case; the discharge port is in the form of a tapering port including a small diameter portion directly adjacent the lubricant feed passage and a large diameter portion directly adjacent the pump chamber; and a space is provided at least to the suction port in a position in which the space is in communication with the small diameter portion of the suction port.

    摘要: A horizontal-installation-type scroll compressor requiring small installation space adopts a technique which can reduce the amount of refrigerating machine oil circulating through the refrigeration cycle. By using this scroll compressor, an air conditioner is provided whose unit body has a reduced depth and which has satisfactory ventilation efficiency and cyclic efficiency.The scroll compressor includes a closed container which is separated into a section lodging an electric motor and a compression mechanism and a section where a discharge pipe is provided. Refrigerating machine oil is stored in the section including the discharge pipe in order to ensure the requisite amount of refrigerating machine oil. An oil separation mechanism is provided in the passage of the refrigerant gas so that refrigerant gas containing little amount of refrigerating machine oil may be sent out from the discharge pipe. Further, electrical parts and this scroll compressor are arranged below a heat exchange section equipped with a heat exchanger and a centrifugal fan, thus forming an outdoor unit.

    摘要: A rotary compressor has a main bearing and a sub-bearing which are disposed on both sides of a cylinder, and a vane which is inserted at an eccentric crank pin portion of a crankshaft and is adapted to reciprocate while being in contact at one end thereof with a roller eccentrically rotating inside the cylinder. An oil feeding mechanism for the rotary compressor comprises: an oil feeding hole provided in a portion of the crankshaft closer to the end surface of a sub-journal of the crankshaft; an oil hole provided in a crank pin portion of the crankshaft such as to communicate with both the oil feeding hole and an oil groove formed on the crank pin portion; a spiral oil groove formed in the outer periphery of a main journal of the crankshaft such as to spiral in the direction opposite to the rotational direction of the crankshaft; and a spiral oil groove formed in the outer periphery of the sub-journal of the crankshaft such as to spiral in the same direction as the rotational direction of the crankshaft.

    摘要: A rotary compressor has a compression chamber defined by a rolling piston which is eccentrically rotated in a cylinder by a rotary shaft including an eccentric crank portion, and by a blade which slides in a groove formed in the cylinder and of which the tip contacts an outer-peripheral surface of the rolling piston. In such a rotary compressor, abnormal wear in the contact portion between the rolling piston and the blade can be prevented as follows: Assuming that the rotation angle of the rolling piston when the blade is located at a start position of reciprocating motion is zero degrees, the contact surface of the blade which is in contact with the rolling piston is formed to have a curvature of substantially zero and as a flat surface when the rotation angle of the rolling piston is about 90 degrees and about 270 degrees and the pressing force of the blade with respect to the rolling piston reaches the maximum value; and also, a material which has an elastic modulus lower than that of the material of the rolling piston which is highly self-lubricative is used for the blade.
