    摘要： A combination of a base attachment structure and a cutting tool, where the base attachment structure includes a connection bolt (8) inserted and movably fitted in an aperture (9a) formed in a curved plate (9) of a gear housing (2) and a cross-shaped slide aperture (11) formed in an arch-shaped projection member (10) extending from a base (7). The connection bolt (8) includes a first upper threaded portion (8a) having threads running in a first direction to form a left-handed screw, and a second lower threaded portion (8b) having threads running in a second direction, opposite to the first direction, to form a right-handed screw. The first threaded portion (8a) is fitted into a hole (12a) formed in a pressure plate (12), whereas the second threaded portion (8b) pierces into an aperture (13a) formed in an arch-shaped clamp plate (13) and is then screwed to a right-handed fixation nut (16). The curved plate (9) of the gear housing (2) and the arch-shaped projection member (10) of the base (7) are interposed between the pressure plate (12) and the clamp plate (13).

The slide bearing device includes a bearing, a shaft supported by the bearing while being subjected to sliding, and a gas supply section for supplying a dry gas to a bearing slide section where the bearing and the shaft slide against each other. A slide surface of the bearing is formed of a resin composite material, which is a mixture of a carbon material and a resin. The shaft is made of a metal and includes a groove formed on a slide surface of the shaft, the groove extending in a direction different from the sliding direction. Plural grooves may be provided and the grooves may extend in arbitrary directions. The shaft may include a collection of plural recesses on the slide surface thereof.

    摘要： A coating film transfer tool comprises a supply reel that delivers a transfer tape formed by coating a base tape with a coating film, a transfer head that presses the transfer tape against a receiving surface to transfer the coating film thereto, a take-up reel for taking up the base tape, and a belt-type driving mechanism cooperatively connecting the supply reel with the take-up reel. A belt guide for guiding the belt is disposed between the supply reel and the take-up reel. This transfer tool reduces backlash of the supply reel and more reliably transfers coating film to a desired position on a receiving surface.

    摘要： A film transfer apparatus includes an apparatus casing having a feed-core support shaft for detachably mounting a feed core and a take-up core support shaft for detachably mounting a take-up core. The support shafts respectively include a transmission member for causing the feed core to provide a film ribbon take-up speed higher than a ribbon feed speed of the feed core. For slippably coupling the feed core rotation and the take-up core rotation, a slip coupling mechanism is provided. This mechanism is constituted by an engaged portion of the take-up core for engagement with a mating engaging portion of the take-up core support shaft. The engaged portion is elastically deformable to a non-transmission condition with application thereto of a force exceeding a predetermined level. Further, the engaged portion is provided with a mechanical strength smaller than the engaging portion.

    摘要： A reciprocating saw includes a hexagonal head bolt (11) for releasably tightening a guide shoe (6) and a manually-operated bolt-tightening lever (15) fitted over the bolt (11). The bolt-tightening lever (15) includes a lock plate (17) which has at its front end a socket hole (22) that can fit around the head (14) of the hexagonal head bolt (11) and has a serrated edge with twelve notches each having an interior angle of 120 degrees. The lock plate (17) has at its rear end four engaging teeth (23) at intervals of four degrees around axis O of the hexagonal head bolt (11). The shape of the outer portion (18) is such that the outer portion can cover the lock plate (17). Moreover, the outer portion (18) has on its top side a circular hole (24) in which the head (14) of the bolt (11) can be fitted. The outer portion (18) includes also on its top side a compensation recess (25) in which the lock plate (17) is set and can pivot sixteen degrees in either direction about the axis O from the position in which the lock plate (17) is aligned with the outer portion (18). Formed at the rear end of the compensation recess (25) are a plurality of compensation teeth (26) that can mesh with the engaging teeth (23). The compensation teeth (26) span the 32 degree range in which the lock plate (17) pivots in the outer portion (18).

The sealing structure includes a rubber packing (18) mounted along the entire length of the seam between the gear housing (3) and the gear housing cover (4). The rubber packing (18) is integrally formed with a V-shaped valve (19) such that a protrusion (20) at the bottom bend of the valve selectively opens and closes an air vent (21) formed in a partition wall (3a) of the gear housing (3). The sealing structure further includes a seal retainer (22) and a dust seal (24) provided between the gear housing (3) and the gear housing cover (4) and penetrated by a reciprocating slider (12). The seal retainer (22) and the dust seal (24) lubricate the slider and seal the chamber (2a) where the slider 12 penetrates the chamber.
