    摘要: Provided are an acrylic resin composition, an acrylic resin sheet, and an acrylic resin laminate that exhibit superior transparency and impact resistance. The acrylic resin composition contains 100 parts by mass of an acrylic polymer (A) having 50 to 100% by mass of a methyl methacrylate unit and 0.002 to 0.7 parts by mass of an olefin-alkyl (meth)acrylate copolymer (B). The copolymer (B) is preferably an ethylene-alkyl acrylate copolymer (B-2). The acrylic resin sheet contains this acrylic resin composition. The acrylic resin sheet has a haze value of 0.5% or less based on JIS K 7136, a 50% impact-puncture height of at least 350 mm or more in a falling ball test based on JIS K 7211 under the described conditions, and a sheet thickness of 2 mm or less. The acrylic resin laminate has a cured layer laminated on at least one surface of the acrylic resin sheet.

    摘要: Disclosed is a resin laminate having a surface layer excellent in antistatic properties, scratch resistance, and transparency. Also disclosed is a method for producing the resin laminate with a high productivity. Further disclosed is a transfer film for use in the production of the resin laminate. The resin laminate comprises a resin shaped article, an antistatic layer containing a π-electron conjugated conductive polymer and at least one resin selected from a polyester resin, a polyurethane resin, a polyesterurethane resin, an acrylic resin, and a melamine resin on at least one surface of the shaped article, and a cured coating film layer obtained by curing a curable resin on the antistatic layer. The method for producing the resin laminate preferably comprises the steps of forming the cured coating film layer and the antistatic layer on a mold using a transfer film, carrying out cast polymerization of a raw material for a resin, and detaching the resin laminate from the mold after the polymerization is completed.

    摘要: An automotive passenger restraint and protection apparatus includes an electric retractor having a motor for retracting and protracting a seatbealt. The apparatus also includes an airbag driving device, a pretensioner, a speed detecting device, and a controller. The controller controls at least one of the actuation time or expansion pressure of an airbag by the airbag driving device, actuation time of the pretensioner, a force of the pretensioner for retracting the seatbelt, and a force of the seatbelt driving device for retracting the seatbelt, based upon the speed of protraction of the seatbelt. The controller controls the airbag driving device to shorten the actuation time of the airbag when the speed of protraction of the seatbelt is greater than a predetermined value, and prolongs the actuation time of the airbag when the detected speed of protraction of the seatbelt is lower than the predetermined value.

This resin for light guiding plates is made of a polymer prepared by polymerizing a mixture comprising 100 parts by weight of a polymerizable material consisting of 91 to 100% by weight of methyl methacrylate and 0 to 9% by weight of a monofunctional acrylate, and 0.01 to 2 parts by weight of a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate. The resin preferably comprises 0.01 to 1000 ppm of a diffusing agent.

The take-up spindle has a shaft defining a slot through which the webbing may extend, a sleeve fitted externally on the shaft and defining a first slot and a second slot therethrough, and an insert filling out the first slot. Each of the first and second slots of the sleeve permits insertion of the webbing therethrough. The second slot of the sleeve serves to guide the webbing out of the sleeve.
