摘要: Provided is a method for preparing a crosslinked polyvinyl chloride structure foamed material by using a physical foaming agent, comprising: melting and mixing a polyvinyl chloride resin, a modified resin, an isocyanate, an anhydride, a nucleating agent and a heat stabilizer to obtain a blank; immersing the blank into a foaming gas for foaming to obtain a foamed body; and subjecting the foamed body to crosslinking curing to obtain a crosslinked polyvinyl chloride structure foamed material. According to the present invention, the crosslinked polyvinyl chloride structure foamed material is prepared by means of a brand-new process route, and the composition and proportion of the PVC resin and other raw materials can be adjusted in a wide range; and carbon dioxide or nitrogen is used for foaming. Further provided is a crosslinked polyvinyl chloride structure foamed material.

摘要: A thermoplastic composition includes from about 30 wt % to about 95 wt % poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), and from about 5 wt % to about 70 wt % of a poly(carbonate-siloxane) copolymer having a siloxane content of from about 25 wt % to about 45 wt %. A method of making a thermoplastic composition includes: (a) combining from about 30 wt % to about 95 wt % poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and from about 5 wt % to about 70 wt % of a poly(carbonate-siloxane) copolymer having a siloxane content of from about 25 wt % to about 45 wt % to form a mixture; and melt processing the mixture to polymerize it and form the thermoplastic composition.

摘要: A prepreg contains a base material containing a reinforcing fiber and a semi-cured product of a resin composition impregnated into the base material containing a reinforcing fiber. The prepreg after cured has a glass transition temperature (Tg) which is higher than or equal to 150° C. and lower than or equal to 220° C. The resin composition contains (A) a thermosetting resin and (B) at least one compound selected from a group consisting of core shell rubber and a polymer component having a weight average molecular weight of 100000 or more. An amount of the (B) component is higher than or equal to 30 parts by mass and lower than or equal to 100 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the (A) component.

摘要: The present invention relates to a liquid (meth)acrylic syrup for impregnating a fibrous substrate; a viscous liquid syrup mainly containing methacrylic or acrylic components, and preferably hollow beads; to a process for manufacturing such a syrup; to a process for impregnating a fibrous substrate or long fibers with said viscous liquid syrup; to a fibrous substrate preimpregnated with said syrup, which is useful for manufacturing mechanical or structured parts or products; to a manufacturing process for manufacturing mechanical or structured parts or articles; and to three-dimensional mechanical or structured parts obtained by this process. The invention makes it possible to significantly reduce the exothermic peak during the polymerization of the syrup, to reduce the residual content of monomer at the end of polymerization, and to obtain parts made of composite material that have few or no defects.

摘要: The present invention relates to composition and an article prepared by applying the composition to paper. The composition comprises an aqueous dispersion of acrylic or styrene acrylic polymer particles having a hard phase and a soft phase, wherein both phases comprise structural units of an specific acid monomer. The composition further includes sub-stoichiometric levels of a Zn++ or Zr++++ with respect to the carboxylic acid groups. The composition is useful as imparting block and tack resistance as a coating on paper.

摘要: [Problem] To provide a method for producing a colloidal crystal, wherein the method is easily controlled and is capable of dealing with a wide range of types of colloidal particle.[Solution] The method for producing a colloidal crystal in the present invention is characterized by comprising a preparation step of preparing a colloidal dispersion liquid, in which colloidal particles are dispersed in a liquid comprising an ionic surfactant and a colloidal crystal can be formed due to temperature changes, and a crystallization step of formation of a colloidal crystal by changing the temperature of the colloidal dispersion liquid from a temperature region in which the colloidal crystal is not formed to a temperature region in which the colloidal crystal is formed.

摘要: A three-dimensional object is formed by 3D printing, especially by a binder jetting method, in which particulate material in a powder bed is bonded by a printed adhesive. The particulate materials may be inorganic materials, for example sand or a metal powder, or particulate polymeric materials, for example polymethacrylates or polyamides. For this purpose, polymethacrylates may take the form, for example, of suspension polymers, called bead polymers. Powder bed compositions comprising core-(shell)-shell particles can be used for 3D printing, wherein the core-(shell)-shell particles can swell in contact with the binder during the printing operation.

摘要: A composition including at least one moisture-curable, semi-crystalline (meth)acrylic oligomer represented by the formula: wherein R1 is independently a C16 to C40 alkyl group; R2 is independently a C16 to C40 alkyl group; each R3 is independently a methyl, ethyl, or isopropyl group; X is a chain transfer agent as defined further below; Y is independently selected to be a methyl, ethyl, or isopropyl group; a, b and c are each independently selected to be an integer of at least 10, and a+b+c≦1500; n≧1; and p is 0, 1, 2, or 3. The oligomer may be used advantageously as a coating, primer or adhesion promoter in construction articles, for example, adhesives, caulks, grouts, pavement markings, paving materials, ceramic tiles, or roofing granules.
