摘要： An in-plane switching (IPS) mode liquid crystal display (LCD) device is disclosed which includes a heater line to achieve an improvement in reliability under low temperature conditions. The LCD device includes a first substrate and a second substrate which face each other, a gate line and a data line which are formed on the first substrate such that the gate line and the data line cross each other to define a pixel region, a common electrode and a pixel electrode which are formed on the first substrate in the pixel region, a heater line formed on the first substrate such that the heater line corresponds to the common electrode adjacent to one side of the data line, and a liquid crystal layer formed between the first substrate and the second substrate.

In addition, the tiled display device includes a black matrix film provided on the display panel and having apertures and a light shielding portion to prevent the light from being leaked to a dead zone between optical fibers in the optical fiber bundle.
