    摘要: A superconductor wire comprising a plurality of Nb--Ti superconductor filaments embedded in a copper matrix made of a copper alloy other than a two element copper alloy selected from the group consisting of a Cu--Ni alloy, a Cu--Sn alloy and a Cu--Mn alloy, wherein the resistivity (Z) at room temperature of the copper matrix is 2.times.10.sup.-8 .OMEGA.m to 65.times.10.sup.-8 .OMEGA.m, and the distance between superconductor filaments is not less than 0.0625.times.1/.sqroot.Z nm. The superconductor wire has a high critical current density, a small AC loss and improved workability.

    摘要: A method for producing an Nb3Sn superconductive wire material using a powder process is provided, in which a powdered raw material is filled in a sheath made of Nb or an Nb-based alloy, and the above sheath is subjected to diameter reduction to form a wire, followed by heat treatment to form a superconducting layer at the interface between the sheath and the filled powder. The above powdered raw material contains powdered Sn, powdered Cu, and a powdered alloy or a powdered intermetallic compound, which is formed from Sn and at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Ti, Zr, Hf, V, and Ta.

    摘要: In a process for producing at least one Nb.sub.3 Sn superconductor which comprises drawing a composite composed of a core of niobium or a niobium alloy and a matrix of a copper-tin alloy and subjecting the drawn composite to reactive heat-treatment, thereby forming a layer of Nb.sub.3 Sn between the core and the matrix; the improvement wherein the copper-tin alloy contains 1 to 15 atomic percent of tin, and 0.1 to 8 atomic percent in total of at least one element selected from 0.1 to 8 atomic percent of titanium, 0.1 to 5 atomic percent of zirconium and 0.1 to 5 atomic percent of hafnium.

    摘要: In a method for producing V.sub.3 Ga superconductors which comprises forming a composite of a core portion and a sheath portion surrounding said core portion, said sheath portion being composed of a gallium-containing alloy selected from the group consisting of copper-gallium and copper-silver-gallium alloys, and said core portion being composed of a vanadium metal, elongating said composite, and heat-treating the resulting elongated composite to form a V.sub.3 Ga layer between said sheath and core portions; the improvement wherein the gallium-containing alloy has a gallium content of 0.1 to 30 atomic percent and additionally contains at least one metal selected from the group consisting of 0.05 to 5 atomic percent of magnesium, 0.5 to 10 atomic percent of aluminum, 0.1 to 10 atomic percent of cerium and 0.05 to 10 atomic percent of sodium, and the vanadium metal is a vanadium alloy containing 0.1 to 15 atomic percent of gallium.

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a superconducting article, comprising the steps of: forming a first layer comprising a mixture of LnBa.sub.2 Cu.sub.3 O.sub.x and Ln.sub.2 BaCuO.sub.x ' on the surface of a substrate, said Ln being an optional rare earth element; then forming a second layer comprising a mixture of at least CuO and BaCuO.sub.2 on the surface of the first layer; and then melting the mixture in the second layer to cause the resultant melt of the mixture in the second layer to diffusion-react with Ln.sub.2 BaCuO.sub.x ' in the first layer so as to convert the first and second layers into a film of a superconducting substance comprising LnBa.sub.2 Cu.sub.3 O.sub.x ; thereby manufacturing a superconducting article comprising the substrate and the film of the superconducting substance formed on the surface of the substrate.

    摘要: A laser recorder applicable to computer output microfilm recording apparatus comprises: a housing, a film feed unit having a film cassette loaded with a rolled heat development film; a film take-up unit for taking up the heat development film on a reel or on a tray, including a film storing mechanism for storing cut films sequentially; a main driving unit for driving the heat development film for advancing at a fixed speed for auxiliary scanning for recording image information on the heat development film, including a slackened film relief mechanism for eliminating slackened film around the main driving unit and a stepping motor driving current control circuit for driving the main driving unit at a low and fixed speed; loop detectors for preventing film feed force and film delivery force from working on the main driving unit, an image information recording unit for main scanning, having a laser optical system for scanning the heat development film across the width thereof to record image information recorded on the heat development film thereon; and a heat-development unit for heat-developing the image information recorded on the heat development film, including a delivery driving roller unit and a guide roller unit driven at different speeds respectively for eliminating blackened film around the heat-development unit as well as controlling the heat-development time, a temperature controller for controlling heat-development unit temperature, and a swing roller for separating the film from the heat-development unit when heat-development is not required.
