摘要: The present invention relates to a method or an operation for providing a personalized TV-Anytime metadata service. According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a method of providing a table field element using a get_Data operation in the TV-Anytime metadata service. In the table field element provision method, a requested fields type element (RequestedFieldsType) required to designate a field of a metadata table is included in a query result value type in the SOAP query operation. A request message of the SOAP query operation is received. When the request message includes the requested fields type element for designating the query result value, a query result value corresponding to a designated table field is extracted from the requested fields type element included in the request message, and the query result value is transmitted using a response message of the SOAP operation.

摘要: A spindle motor having a hydrodynamic pressure bearing comprises a stator, a rotor, and a dynamic pressure generating unit including a sleeve having an upper plate disposed opposite to the rotor and at least one thrust dynamic pressure groove formed either at the upper plate of the sleeve or at the rotor. Inside width from a neutral radius to an innermost radius of the thrust dynamic pressure groove is larger than outside width from the neutral radius to an outermost radius of the thrust dynamic pressure groove such that the neutral radius is biased to the outside of the thrust dynamic pressure groove. Dynamic pressure at the inside width of the thrust dynamic pressure groove is higher than dynamic pressure at the outside width of the thrust dynamic pressure groove such that fluid supplied into the thrust dynamic pressure groove is guided to the outer diameter side.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a hydrodynamic bearing having an additional fluid reservoir, which has improved ability to efficiently seal fluid (lubricant), which generates dynamic pressure. The hydrodynamic bearing has an annular fluid storage space coupled to the lower portion of a fluid reservoir, in addition to the existing fluid reservoir formed in the upper portion of a hydrodynamic space. In particular, the fluid storage space has a tapered cross-section which is increased in the direction from the end where the fluid storage space is coupled to the fluid reservoir to the opposite end (the portion where a through hole is formed), thus serving as an additional fluid reservoir for sealing fluid and supplying the fluid to the hydrodynamic space. Further, unlike the prior art, where the surface of the fluid is controlled using only the existing fluid reservoir, having a relatively narrow area, the surface of the fluid can be controlled using both a wider fluid storage space and the existing fluid reservoir, thus affording convenience when the hydrodynamic bearing is used.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a semiconductor device. A minute pattern is formed using a hard mask film of a series of a nitride film as an etch mask. Before a hard mask film removal process is performed, the step of performing given etching using an oxide film etchant is added to remove an abnormal oxide film on the nitride film. It is thus possible to effectively remove the hard mask film. Generation of voids in a pattern below the hard mask film can be also effectively prevented using BOE in which the composition ratio of HF and NH4F and an etching temperature are optimized as an oxide film etchant.
