    摘要： Disclosed is a submount integrated photodiode package with an improved metal layer configuration and laser diode package using the same. In particular, a unitary laser diode of the invention provides a light receiving area overlying a semiconductor substrate to correspond to a radiation area of light emitted from a laser diode so as to reduce chip size in respect to a conventional one while maintaining a monitoring current identical to the conventional one as well as improve heat-radiating features. The invention provides a unitary laser diode package which comprises a light receiving area overlying a semiconductor substrate and having the same configuration as a radiation area of emission light from the laser diode and a metal layer adjacent to the light receiving area.

    摘要： Provided is a complex sintering furnace to sequentially perform a bake-out process and a sintering process for molding ceramic products. The complex sintering furnace includes: a support frame; a pair of furnace bodies supported on the top of the support frame and having a built-in heat insulator covered by a disc-shaped cover; a pair of rails arranged under the support frame in parallel in a length direction along arrangement of the furnace bodies; a rotating base horizontally transferred along the rails and rotatably connected to bottoms of the furnace bodies when the rotating base is vertically transferred directly under the bottoms of the furnace bodies, the rotating base including a separately rotating setter mounted the top thereof; and an ascending/descending apparatus mounted under the rotating bases and having a ball-screw type rotation shaft to vertically ascend/descend the rotating base at the same time of the separate rotation of the setters. Accordingly, the production efficiency of the ceramic products can be significantly improved by rapidly transferring to the post-processes and simultaneously performing the bake-out process and the sintering process.

    摘要： Disclosed herein is an anisotropic conductive film forming composition, including at least one polymer comprising a polymer containing a silane group; at least one polymerizable compound; and a plurality of conductive particles. The at least one polymer may include an elastomeric polymer and a filler polymer, at least one of which contains a silane group. The at least one polymerizable compound may include a cross-linking agent and/or a polymerization reaction enhancer. The cross-linking agent may also have a silane group. In addition, the film forming composition may include a solvent. The film forming composition is advantageous in that the resulting anisotropic conductive film exhibits enhanced peel and adhesive strength and low electrical contact resistance.
