摘要: The present invention provides an apparatus for selectively separating polyurethane foam and fiber from Automobile Shredder Residue (ASR). The apparatus includes a first separator, a second separator, and a third separator. The first separator primarily separates fine particles, such as dirt or glass pieces, from the ASR at a front portion thereof and separates large-sized polyurethane foam and fiber from the ASR at a rear portion thereof. The second separator grinds remaining materials after the primary separation of the first separator. The third separator separates medium-sized polyurethane foam and fiber from the remaining materials after the separation of the first separator and secondarily separates plastics, rubber, and other materials.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a soundproofing material by finely crushing a discarded car seat, mixing the crushed car seat with polyester fiber, low-melting polyester fiber such as LM PET, polypropylene fiber and hemp, and carding the resulting mixture, and a soundproofing material composition prepared thereby. The disclosed method allows recycling of polyurethane foam of the discarded car seat into a soundproofing material composition having superior appearance quality and soundproofing performance. The disclosed method also prevents generation of excessive static electricity and allows preparation of a soundproofing material with smooth surface.

摘要: A method and system for tracking moving objects in a sequence of images. In one illustrative embodiment, a current image in the sequence of images is segmented into a plurality of segments. Segments in the plurality of segments belonging to a same motion profile are fused together to form a set of master segments. A set of target segments is identified from the set of master segments. The set of target segments represent a set of moving objects in the current image. A set of fingerprints is created for use in tracking the set of moving objects in a number of subsequent images in the sequence of images.

摘要: Described is a system for automatic object localization based on visual simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) and cognitive swarm recognition. The system is configured to detect a set of location data corresponding to a current location of a sensor positioned on a platform. A map model of an environment surrounding the sensor is generated based on an input image from the sensor and the location data. In a desired aspect, a cognitive swarm object detection module is used to search for and detect an object of interest. The three-dimensional location of the object of interest relative to the platform is then estimated based on the map model and the location data regarding the sensor. The system described allows for real-time, continuous three-dimensional location updating for moving objects of interest from a mobile platform. A computer-implemented method and computer program product are also described.

摘要: A safety monitoring system for a workspace area. The workspace area related to a region having automated moveable equipment. A plurality of vision-based imaging devices capturing time-synchronized image data of the workspace area. Each vision-based imaging device repeatedly capturing a time synchronized image of the workspace area from a respective viewpoint that is substantially different from the other respective vision-based imaging devices. A visual processing unit for analyzing the time-synchronized image data. The visual processing unit processes the captured image data for identifying a human from a non-human object within the workspace area. The visual processing unit further determining potential interactions between a human and the automated moveable equipment. The visual processing unit further generating control signals for enabling dynamic reconfiguration of the automated moveable equipment based on the potential interactions between the human and the automated moveable equipment in the workspace area.
