Abstract: The present invention relates to an RGB-IR sensor, and a method and an apparatus for obtaining a 3D image by using the same. The RGB-IR sensor according to the present invention comprises: a first pixel basic unit including one of each of R, G, B and IR pixels; and a second pixel basic unit in which the R, G, B and IR pixels are arranged in a different order from those in the first pixel basic unit, wherein the RGB-IR sensor is comprised by alternately arranging the first pixel basic unit and the second pixel basic unit in a horizontal direction, and wherein R, G, B and IR pixel arrangements in the first pixel basic unit and the second pixel basic unit are determined so that the position of IR-pixels in the RGB-IR sensor are not equidistance apart from each other.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a digital device capable of obtaining both a color image and a depth image and a method of processing a three dimensional image using the same. The method can include the steps of switching a resolution of a light-receiving unit from a first resolution to a second resolution which is lower than the first resolution, sensing a visible light and an infrared light from a prescribed subject, extracting color image information from the visible light sensed by a first sensing unit of the light-receiving unit during a first time, extracting depth image information from the infrared light sensed by a second sensing unit of the light-receiving unit during a second time, determining whether extraction of both the color image information and the depth image information for the subject is completed and if the extraction of the color image information and the extraction of the depth image information for the subject are completed, implementing a 3D image of the subject based on the extracted color image information and the depth image information.

Abstract: Apparatus and method for controlling auto focus of a camera module. A controller is configured to provide a signal comprising first frequency signal and second frequency signal to a moving coil, a fixed coil receiving the variable current or the variable voltage through the second frequency signal, calculate a focus position value based on the received variable current or the variable voltage and an image signal, and control a lens unit to move according to the calculated focus position value. The controller is further configured to receive the second frequency signal only during a specific time slot in order for the second frequency signal to not include noise due to OIS signal and apply the OIS signal to an OIS coil during the rest of a time slot of the second frequency signal.

The present invention includes a lens unit, a moving coil, a fixed coil, and a controller configured to provide a signal comprising first frequency signal and second frequency signal to the moving coil, the fixed coil receiving a variable current or a variable voltage through the second frequency signal, calculate a focus location value based on the received variable current or variable voltage and an image signal, and control the lens unit to move by applying the first frequency signal to the moving coil according to the calculated focus location value, the second frequency signal is higher than the first frequency signal and is comprised of the signal during a prescribed time.

Abstract: An apparatus for obtaining a 3D image including a light transmitter configured to transmit infrared ray (IR) structured light to a recognized object; an RGB-IR sensor configured to receive infrared rays and visible light reflected from the recognized object; a processor configured to obtain 3D image information including depth information and a visible light image of the recognized object by using each of the infrared rays and the visible light, which are received by the RGB-IR sensor. The processor is further configured to obtain infrared differential images by subtracting infrared images obtained for a visible light measurement time period T1 from infrared images obtained for an infrared measurement time period T2.

Thereby, it is possible to precisely detect a magnetic field.
