    摘要： Disclosed herein is a beam for a bumper. The beam includes: a rail member installed on a body of a vehicle, wherein the rail member is formed by processing a continuous fiber thermoplastics (CFT) into a rail shape and has a coupling portion having a flange-shaped coupling surface; a stay member disposed at the either side portion of the rail member in the longitudinal direction so that it is located between the body and the rail member, wherein the stay member is formed by processing the continuous fiber thermoplastics (CFT) into a stay shape, and is coupled with the rail member such that a coupling surface having a flange shape in parallel with the coupling surface of the coupling portion is coupled with it; and a fastening plate disposed between the coupling portion and the stay member to enhance rigidity of the coupling surface of the stay member.

    摘要： Provided is a continuous fiber reinforced composite including a thermoplastic resin, fibers, and metal wires. Also provided is a method of preparing a continuous fiber reinforced composite, and the method includes impregnating fibers provided from at least one fiber creel or metal wires provided from at least one metal wire creel in a thermoplastic resin to form a melt; molding a shape of the melt by using a mold and curing the resultant by heating in a heating tube to form a primary cured product, as a primary molding process; re-molding the primary cured product by using the mold again and curing the resultant by heating in the heating tube to form a secondary cured product, as a secondary molding process; and cooling, pultruding, and cutting the secondary cured product to perform finishing of the product.

    摘要： Provided is a reinforced composite material, comprising: a laminate of a plurality of fiber reinforced sheets; and a surface material on at least one surface of the laminate. Each of the fiber reinforced sheets comprises: a fiber reinforcing material having orientation; and a resin base material. The plurality of fiber reinforced sheets comprise: at least one first fiber reinforced sheet including a fiber reinforcing material having directionality in a first direction having an angle of +1° to +44° with respect to a reinforcement required direction; and at least one second fiber reinforced sheet including a fiber reinforcing material having directionality in a second direction having an angle of −1° to −44° with respect to the reinforcement required direction. The surface material comprises a metal sheet having a mesh structure. Also provided is an article including the reinforced composite material.
