    摘要: Provided is a remote copy system capable of guaranteeing the time ordering of data to be handled by a remote site even when the tasks at the remote site are operated across a plurality of storages or a plurality of volume groups. A consistency group consisting of a secondary journal volume and a replica is associated with a journal group consisting of a primary data volume, a primary journal volume, a secondary journal volume, and a secondary data volume. Upon backing up a secondary data volume and forming a replica, the host system issues a backup time reservation command to a storage apparatus, and the storage apparatus creates a replica by comparing the time stamp added to the journal data and the backup reservation time.

    摘要: A power storage device including a battery containing body and a chassis for housing the body, further including a first guide rail for receiving a first end portion on a lower side of the body and a second guide rail for receiving a second end portion on an upper side of the body, when inserting and removing the flat battery containing body upright, wherein the first guide rail includes a pair of a higher side plate and a lower side plate which are different in height from each other and extend in an insertion direction, and a receiving portion including a stopper at an end portion of the rail; at a vicinity of a corner portion on a back side in the insertion direction of the first end portion of the battery containing body, a first protrusion portion is provided such that, when removing the battery containing body, the first protrusion portion engages with the stopper, thereby preventing the battery containing body from dropping; and at a vicinity of a corner portion on the back side in the insertion direction of the second end portion of the battery containing body, a second protrusion portion is provided such that, when the battery containing body is turned upside down, an attempt to insert the battery containing body with the first end portion received by the second guide rail and the second end portion received by the first guide rail is made, the second protrusion portion engages with the higher side plate, thereby blocking the insertion, and when an attempt to remove the battery containing body from the receiving portion is made, the second protrusion portion engages with the stopper, thereby preventing it from dropping.

    摘要: An upper limit and a lower limit are preliminarily set for a spectral line width common to a plurality of narrow-band laser devices. When delivered or subjected to maintenance, the narrow-band laser device is caused to laser oscillate to detect its spectral line width before it is used as a light source for semiconductor exposure. A spectral line width adjustment unit provided in the narrow-band laser device is adjusted so that the spectral line width assumes a value between the upper limit and the lower limit. The present invention is able to suppress the variation in spectral line width such as E95 bandwidth caused by machine differences during the manufacture of the laser device, or by replacement or maintenance of the laser device, whereby the quality of integrated circuit patterns formed by the semiconductor exposure tool can be stabilized.
