Abstract: A vehicular lane keeping system includes a forward-viewing camera disposed at a windshield of a vehicle and an electronic control unit (ECU). The ECU is operable to (i) process map data relating to a current geographic location of the vehicle and (ii) process vehicle information relating to current operation of the vehicle in a traffic lane of a road. Responsive to (i) processing of image data captured by the forward-viewing camera and (ii) processing of the map data and (iii) processing of the vehicle information, the vehicular lane keeping system determines a path of travel for the vehicle that keeps the vehicle in the traffic lane during situations where lane markings are not readily determinable. The vehicular lane keeping system determines the path of travel even when no lane markings are present on the road. The vehicular lane keeping system maintains the vehicle along the determined path of travel.

Abstract: A vision system for a vehicle towing a trailer includes a vehicle transceiver disposed at the vehicle and at least one trailer camera disposed at the trailer being towed by the vehicle and having a field of view exterior of the trailer. A trailer transceiver is disposed at a front exterior portion of the trailer and is operable to receive image data captured by the at least one trailer camera and to wirelessly transmit captured image data to the vehicle transceiver disposed at the vehicle when the vehicle is towing the trailer. A video display screen is disposed at the vehicle and viewable by a driver of the vehicle when the vehicle is towing the trailer. The video display screen is operable to display video images derived from captured image data received by the vehicle transceiver disposed at the vehicle.

Abstract: An automatic emergency braking system for a vehicle includes a forward viewing camera and a control. At least in part responsive to processing of captured image data, the presence of another vehicle closing on the subject vehicle is determined, and a relative speed of the subject vehicle relative to the other vehicle is also determined. The system updates the estimated path of travel ahead of the vehicle even when no lane markings are determined present on the road ahead of the vehicle. Abstract: A braking control system for a vehicle includes at least one sensor having a field of view exterior of the vehicle.
