摘要: The present invention relates to a fluorescent display tube suitable for use in a large screen display. The present invention enables the fluorescent segments R, G and B to be arranged at positions close to a peripheral side wall (13) of the tube (1) by, particularly, enlarging a range to which electron beams can impinge and eliminating the influence of electric field near the glass wall of the fluorescent display tube. Upon this, light emitting area can be increased to obtain bright display and distances between adjacent fluorescent segment R, G and B trios of adjacent fluorescent display tubes (1) and between adjacent trios in each fluorescent display tube (1) are made small to thereby shorten the arranging pitch of the fluorescent trios as a whole in a large screen display device, improving resolution.

摘要: An illumination apparatus includes; a first solid-state light source, a second solid-state light source, a first arrangement member provided with a first arrangement surface, a second arrangement member provided with a second arrangement surface, an optical unit configured to reduce a dispersion angle of a light beam. The first solid-state light source emits a light beam having a first directivity. The second solid-state light source emits a light beam having a second directivity greater than the first directivity. A distance from the second arrangement surface to the second light-entering surface is longer than a distance from the first arrangement surface to the first light-entering surface.

摘要: An illumination apparatus includes a plate-like separation optical element having a dichroic surface and a PBS surface. The dichroic surface reflects green component light and transmits yellow component light. The PBS surface transmits P polarization component light and reflects S polarization component light. The separation optical element combines red component light entering from a certain direction and transmitted through the dichroic surface, with yellow component light entering from a different direction and reflected by the PBS surface, and leads a combined light towards a red liquid crystal panel. The separation optical element combines green component light entering from the certain direction and reflected by the dichroic surface, with yellow component light entering from the different direction and transmitted through the PBS surface, and leads a combined light towards a green liquid crystal panel.

摘要: A metallic thin-film magnetic recording medium which is enhanced in coercive force, diminished in nonlinear waveform interference through controlled magnetic anisotropy and adapted to a higher recording density. A seed layer of a crystalline Cr--Ni alloy is formed between the substrate of the medium and a Cr ground layer, whereby the crystal orientation of a magnetic layer is substantially (100) orientation. The crystalline alloy includes an alloy consisting essentially of 36 to 46 atomic % of Ni and the balance substantially Cr, or an alloy consisting essentially of 36 to 46 atomic % of Ni, 0.5 to 3 atomic % of W or Mo or combination thereof and the balance substantially Cr.

摘要: A lipid emulsion which comprises (A) an oil component, (B) an emulsifying agent containing yolk lecithin and/or soybean lecithin, and (C) water, wherein the lipid emulsion further comprises citric acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and at least one member selected from the group consisting of methionine, phenylalanine, serine, histidine and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, provided that it does not simultaneously contain methionine and phenylalanine. The addition of citric acid and histidine, methionine, phenylalanine and/or serine to a lipid emulsion containing natural lecithin as an emulsifying agent permits the prevention of change of color and formation of oil drops associated with the conventional natural lecithin-containing lipid emulsion due to the synergistic effect of the foregoing additives. The drug-containing lipid emulsion is also excellent in storage stability and thus the foregoing lipid emulsion can be applied to drugs such as injections, eye drops, nasal drops, lotions or liniments, inhalants and drugs for oral administration or cosmetics such as humectants.

摘要: In a method of and an apparatus for manufacturing a glass fiber mat, bundles of glass fibers shake down onto a conveyor unit arranged horizontally, to form a non-oriented fiber layer. The non-oriented fiber layer is dried by a drier. Bundles of uni-directional fibers are supplied onto the dried non-oriented fiber layer, by a bundle supply device, to laminate the uni-directional fiber layer onto the dried non-oriented fiber layer. At the laminating, the bundles of uni-directional fibers are guided in parallel relation to each other at regular intervals in a widthwise direction of the conveyor unit. The uni-directional and non-oriented fiber layers, which are laminated one upon the other, are supplied to a needler and are needled thereby, to form the glass fiber mat. The glass fiber mat is carried out by a delivery roller unit.
