摘要: A method and process for providing three dimensional (3-D) virtual image of a patient in metaverse for surgical or other procedures, wherein the avatar of a medical practitioner, imitating the actions of the practitioner performing the procedure, can visually identify the organs and the location of the instruments in real-time inside patient. Such an image reconstruction with spatial coordination provides a usable metaverse implementation with the medical professional's persona as avatar, usable as a training and supportive tool in medical applications. It is a very valuable, especially for the medical and surgical community. The implemented Metaverse provides all details collected and combined from the multiple imaging systems. It is usable as a diagnostic tool, a practice tool a teaching tool and real time direction and feedback tool by the medical community for procedures. The real-time image implemented as Metaverse provides critical visual capabilities during procedures.

摘要: A method and process is described for providing Non-Invasive three dimensional (3-D) image of a patient such that during surgical or other procedures, the person performing the procedure can visually identify the organs and the location of the instruments in real time inside the body. Such a non-invasive imaging and reconstruction using spatially coordinated imaging in three dimensions is a very valuable tool especially to the surgical community. The high powered computing capabilities, advances in the imaging techniques, individually or in combination when combined with noise filtering and error correction capabilities, have made accurate 3-D imaging in real time from scans a reality. These 3-D images are also used as a diagnostic tool, a practice tool and a teaching tool by the medical community. There may be other applications in these and related areas which may emerge as technology develops and they become apparent to individuals practicing the art.

摘要: A system using a motor, and a rolling tube or rod of sufficient strength to apply a pull force on one side of a sheet on the bed with the patient lying on the sheet to help pull up the patient on his bed or turn patients on his side, to make the patient comfortable. A slide-sheet used for pull-up has a slidable underside to reduce the friction. The sheets used comprise a plurality of loops on the sides to connect to pull straps. The loops to which the pull straps are connected are chosen to apply equal force to pull or turn the patient on the sheet. Patients having mobility issues have to be routinely pulled up or turned on their sides to make them comfortable and avoid formation of bed sores. The mechanized system disclosed enables a single care giver to handle these operations.

摘要: Datalink frames or networking packets contain protocol information in the header and optionally in the trailer of a frame or a packet. We are proposing a method in which part of or all of the protocol information corresponding to a frame, or a packet is transmitted separately in another datalink frame. The “Separately Transmitted Protocol Information” is referred to as STPI. The STPI contains enough protocol information to identify the next hop node or port. STPI can be used avoid network congestion and improve link efficiency. Preferably, there will be one datalink frame or network packet corresponding to each STPI, containing the data and the rest of the protocol information and this frame/packet is referred to as DFoNP. The creation of STPI and DFoNP is done by the originator of the frame or packet such as an operating system.

摘要: Device scaling has increased the device density of integrated circuits (ICs) and reduced the cost of circuits. Today development of new device structures, use of new materials and implementation of complex process steps are implemented to continue scaling of the semiconductor devices. The added manufacturing steps and complexity have increased cost of ICs directly impacting the implementation of IoT devices that need low cost and high yields to be successful. LEFT-ISD-LTSEE is a device that reduces the cost while improving device performance. LEFT-ISD-LTSEE is suitable for sub 28 nm sizes where random threshold variation due to impact of discrete dopants in and around the channel is reduced by elimination of implants and drives. Also, by having a flat field profile at and around the gate, by use of low temperature epitaxy as source/drain extension, the short channel effects, and the impact of line edge variations of the gate are reduced.

Currently this is done manually by nurses or caregivers. These simple but strenuous operation has been the cause of back problems for many caregivers. The current method is a way to reduce or eliminate this cause of injury to caregivers by providing a mechanized help for the operations.

摘要: A pulling mechanism using a motor, and a rolling tube or rod of sufficient strength to pull a patient lying on a sheet on the bed is provided to move patients up the bed with little manual effort. In most hospitals and care facilities a common problem is that patients tend to slip down the beds causing discomfort for the patient. Patients have to be moved-up to comfortable position on the bed. Currently this is done manually by two nursing staff one on either side of the bed, with the patient on a slide sheet and pulling the patient manually up using the slide sheet. This simple but strenuous operation has been the cause of back problems for many nursing staff. The current invention is a way to reduce or eliminate this injury to nursing staff by mechanizing the pull-up operation.
