摘要: The apparatus and method according to the invention includes an objective (8) which is capable of operating basically in two different measuring modes. In a first interference mode, a measuring object (9) is interference—optically measured. In a second imaging operating mode on a detector array (12) designed like a camera, an optical image is generated, which is supplied to an image processing routine. The switching over between the two operating modes occurs by switching the illumination devices which are associated with different locations of the beam path of the apparatus—when viewed from the camera, one in front of a beam divider and the other behind the beam divider, which couples a reference light path to the beam path.

摘要: An interferometric measuring method for detecting shapes is based on the interferometric observation of an object surface subjected to narrow-band lighting. A movement of the interferometer (1) relative to the object surface (2) generates a measuring signal on a suitable photo receiver, for example a camera circuit (5), from which two extremely closely positioned signal frequencies (f0) and (f0+Δf) are extracted. The phase difference between the two signal components is used for determining the distance and/or the change in the distance. The method has a large unambiguousness range, thus making it possible to have a large depth measurement range. The method can also be used for workpieces having offset areas on the surface, wherein the measurement is not disturbed along the edges and the offset areas of the body. The method also allows examining strongly inclined surfaces having an inclination that is steep enough, so that traditional methods based on generating and evaluating interference lines cannot be used because of an extremely high density of the interference lines.

摘要: The invention relates to an improved apparatus for tensioning and fusing together strips of plastics material, having a pair of clamping members mounted on a support base and between which members overlapping strip portions are inserted tensioned, and fused together by frictional heat generated upon movement of one clamping member relataive to the other; the improvement resides in that the clamping members comprise clamping jaws of which at least one is adaptd to be reciprocable at a frequency corresponding to the speed of a drive shaft and that the drive is effected via a gearing which presses said driven reciprocable clamping jaw against the strip abutting it during its movement in the tensioning direction.

摘要: A measuring head (4) according to the invention comprises the combination of a zone lens (26), which is preferably a diffractive lens, with a hemispherical lens (23) or a GRIN lens (33). This represents a concept capable of miniaturization, resulting in very slender measuring heads (4) having a high numeric aperture and, accordingly, leads to the best resolution capacity. Such measuring heads are insensitive to angular errors as concerns the orientation of the measuring head to the surface to be measured or to an oblique positioning of the surface relative to the optical axis of the measuring head.

摘要: A mechanically roughened substrate is conveyed through an electrolytic bath and is given a superposed electrochemical roughening, which is carried out by means of electrodes which are arranged in the electrolytic bath at a specific spacing from the substrate. The electrodes are connected to corresponding windings on the secondary side of a three-phase transformer. The corresponding windings on the primary side of the three-phase transformer are connected to a three-phase frequency converter, to which three-phase current is applied via leads. The three-phase frequency converter transforms the line frequency of the three-phase current supplied into a frequency range of about 50 to 300 Hz at a voltage of between about 1 and 380 V.

摘要: An apparatus for connecting at least two rods by a wire clamp comprises, mounted on one housing portion, a movable handle portion for the advance of said wire clamp, and closing jaws which are adapted to bring the locking portions of the wire clamp into engagement beneath the rods to be connected, and in the other housing portion, a binding hook fitted on a knurled rod, in order to twist the closed loop of the wire clamp which is situated above the rods to be connected. A sliding plate, which is connected to the handle, comprises a mechanism directed to actuating a bending pin on one of the closing jaws, in order to provide for positive interlocking of the wire clamp, and a mechanism for controlling and achieving safe individualization and advance of the wire clamps. Such an apparatus is adapted for reliable, swift and relatively comfortable operation even when exposed to the rough handling on a construction site.
