    摘要: According to the present invention, there is provided a production process of a plastic film-inserted laminated glass, the plastic film-inserted laminated glass having a laminated film in which a plastic film of 30 to 200 μm in thickness is sandwiched between two resin intermediate films and two glass plates, the process including at least the following three steps: a step 1 for forming a laminate in which the glass plate, the resin intermediate film, the plastic film, the resin intermediate film and the glass plate are laminated together in order of mention; a step 2 for degassing the formed laminate; and a step 3 for bonding the degassed laminate by pressing and heating, wherein the steps 1 and 2 are performed under conditions that the temperature of working atmosphere and the temperatures of the plastic film and resin intermediate films fall within a range of 10 to 25° C.

    摘要: In a laminated glass, a plastic film is sandwiched between two sheets of resin intermediate film, and an infrared reflective film is formed in the plastic film by alternatively laminating resin films of different refractive indexes. The plastic film on which the infrared reflective film is formed meets any of the following conditions: (A) thermal shrinkage of 0.5 to 3% in the 90 through 150° C. temperature range, (B) modulus of elasticity in the range of 30 through 2000 MPa in a temperature range of 90 through 150° C., and (C) a rate of elongation of the plastic film of 0.3% or less when 10 N tensile force per 1 m width of the plastic film is exerted in the 90 through 150° C. temperature range. This laminated glass is a curved infrared ray reflective laminated glass, with high transmissivity to visible light, high reflectivity in the infrared ray region, excellent insulating effect, and will transmit various electromagnetic waves.

    摘要: A transportation schedule planning support system receives an order of one or more types of products which requires a use-by date control, and transports the products from one or more stock-carrying bases to one or more delivery destinations. In the system, a user previously registers a transportation route candidate from a stock-carrying base to each delivery destination adoptable as a solution, as a base group. A necessary use-by date for a product to be delivered next is determined based on an actual delivery to each delivery destination. The number of vehicles allocatable to a transportation at each base according to a vehicle type, and a vehicle type not used in each base group are added to a restriction condition. A mixed integer programming is applied using an expected obtainable profit obtained by delivering each product as an objective function.
