摘要: An electrostatic coating facility for an electroconductive coating material comprising a coating machine disposed in a coating zone while being grounded to the earth, an insulated conveyer disposed in the coating zone for conveying an object to be coated in an electrically insulated state and applying a high voltage to the object, an entering conveyer disposed for carrying the object into the coating zone, a delivery conveyer for carrying the coated object out of the coating zone, and a relay transfer device interposed between the insulated conveyer 1 and the entering conveyer or the delivery conveyer for transferring the object in an electrically insulated state while keeping a required insulation distance between each of them. Aqueous coating material free from public pollution can be used with no troubles for taking insulative measures on the side of the coating machine and without worry of spark discharge.

摘要: A programmable voltage standard element which consists of Josephson junction arrays having Josephson junction devices which are connected in series generates constant voltage by impression of bias current and microwave. The voltage standard element has bias current terminals each of which is provided for a respective section comprising a Josephson junction devices of in-series connection that are divided by the number of the nth power of 3. A bias current supply circuit independently impresses bias current of a predetermined value to a bias current terminal for every section. A controlling circuit controls a bias current supply circuit to impress bias current of a predetermined value to a Josephson junction array of each section and control impression of microwave.

摘要: A liquid waste processing apparatus having a liquid waste processing vessel for separating and recovering floating sludges. The liquid waste processing vessel includes an inlet disposed on its one side wall for receiving liquid wastes from above and turning them toward an exit disposed on the other side wall of the vessel, slanted downwardly toward the one side wall, and an inclined plate disposed above the exit for forming a shallow portion below the liquid surface and extended along the inclination of the opposite side wall toward the one side wall to define a narrow flow channel between the plate and the opposite side wall which is in communication from the bottom to the exit. The cross-sectional area of the narrow flow channel is made smaller than that of the channel opening. Floating sludges and precipitating sludges contained in liquid wastes from a coating booth, etc. can be separated and recovered completely and easily.

摘要: A flip flop device, a semiconductor integrated circuit, and a method and apparatus for designing a semiconductor integrated circuit that prevents timing violations while preventing the circuit scale from increasing. A flip flop including first, second, and third latch circuits is stored as a standard cell in a cell library of a designing apparatus. The output of the second latch circuit becomes a first output signal of the flip flop. The second latch circuit provides the third latch circuit with a signal generated by latching a data signal with a clock signal. An output of the third latch circuit becomes a second output signal of the flip flop. When an error path having the possibility of a hold time violation is found, output of the flip flop in a former stage is changed from the first output to the second output in the error path.

摘要: To make it easy to manufacture a stud 1 provided with a spherical surface bearing, a race (3) is composed of a first member (3a) and a second member (3b) so that a ball receiving portion (301) is separated. Coupling surfaces (5) and (6) that couple with each other are formed in the first and second members (3a) and (3b). Screw portions are formed on the coupling surfaces (5) and (6), respectively. When the stud (1) provided with the spherical surface bearing is manufactured, a ball (2a) is held by the first and second members formed indivisually, and the first and second members (3a) and (3b) are threadably engaged with each other at the screw portions. In this case, by adjusting an amount of a engagement at the screw portion, the positional relationship between the first and second members (3a) and (3b) is set as desired, to thereby suitably adjust a gap between the ball receiving portion (301) of the race (3) and the ball (2a). The positional relationship between the first and second members (3a) and (3b) is fixed by a pin (4) to thereby eliminate the gap change.

摘要: The present invention relates to a self-rolling pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, including a shrinkable film layer; a restriction layer disposed on a side of the shrinkable film layer; and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer disposed on the side of the restriction layer which is opposite to the side on which the shrinkable film layer is disposed. The self-rolling pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is a releasable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer or the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer after an adhesiveness decreasing treatment has a pressure-sensitive adhesive power (180° C. peeling, against a silicon mirror wafer, tensile speed: 300 mm/min) of 6.5 N/10 mm or less, and in which the self-rolling pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet rolls up in one direction from an end to form one tubular roll or rolls up from two opposing ends toward a center of the two opposing ends to form two tubular rolls, when the self-rolling pressure-sensitive sheet is stimulated to induce the contraction of the shrinkable film layer.
