    摘要: A gas-adsorbing device of the present invention includes: a gas-adsorbing material; a gas barrier housing container having a long and narrow, flat, cylindrical body in which the gas-adsorbing material is sealed under reduced pressure; and an opening member that is attached so as to go around the housing container about an axis in a lengthwise direction of the housing container, the opening member including a protrusion that makes a through-hole in the housing container. The opening member includes: a retention unit that grips an outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical body in a width direction of the housing container, the retention unit circumferentially surrounding the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical body so as to cover at least a portion, on which the protrusion entering the housing container has a possibility to abut from an inside of the housing container, in a surface on an opposite side to a surface in which the through-hole is made; and a movable unit in which a fixed end is coupled to the retention unit, the protrusion being formed at a free end of the movable unit. The movable unit is, before opening, opposed to the surface in which the through-hole is made at some interval while inclined at a predetermined angle, when the retention unit grips the housing container in the width direction. The protrusion pierces through the surface in which the through-hole is made, when the movable unit is pushed by a predetermined force during opening in a direction in which the protrusion comes close to the surface in which the through-hole is made.

    摘要: A steel pipe for an airbag inflator having a high strength of at least 900 MPa and preferably at least 1000 MPa in tensile strength along with a high toughness and exhibiting good resistance to bursting such that it has no propagation of cracks in a burst test at −40° C. or below is manufactured by quenching a pipe of a steel comprising, in mass %, C: 0.05-0.20 %, Si: 0.1-1.0 %, P: at most 0.025 %, S: at most 0.010 %, Cr: 0.05-1.45 %, Al: at most 0.10 %, and one or both of Ti and Mn satisfying Ti≦0.02% and 0.4%≦Mn+40Ti≦1.2% from a temperature of at least the Ac1 transformation point of the steel, tempering the pipe at a temperature lower than the Ac1 transformation point, applying cold working to it with a reduction of area of at most 65%, and subjecting it to stress relief annealing at a temperature lower than the Ac1 transformation point. The ratio L/T of the X-ray integrated intensity ratio of the {110} plane measured for the cross section perpendicular to the axial direction L of the steel pipe to that measured for the cross section perpendicular to the circumferential direction T is at most 50.

    摘要: A loop antenna device includes a loop antenna having a high noise resistance performance. In a loop antenna having a shield member covering a looped conductor portion formed in a loop shape from a conductive wire, a non-covered portion where the looped conductor portion is not covered is formed in correspondence with a portion of the conductive wire including a reference position for the symmetry of two terminals for connection between the antenna device and a reception circuit. This provides a balanced shield structure. Besides, a line for connecting one end of the conductive wire to the ground potential and a line for connecting the shield member to the ground potential are individually separate from each other, whereby reception of a voltage fall due to common impedance by the antenna is suppressed.

A steel tube having a composition comprising C: 0.05-0.20%, Si: 0.1-1.0%, Mn: 0.10-2.0%, Cr: 0.05-2.0%, sol. Al: at most 0.10%, Ca: 0.0003-0.01%, optionally one or more elements selected from Cu: at most 1.0%, Ni: at most 1.5%, Mo: at most 1.0%, V: at most 0.2%, Nb: at most 0.1%, and Ti: at most 0.1%, and a remainder of Fe and impurities in which P: at most 0.025% and S: at most 0.010% is subjected to cold working, then it is cut to a predetermined length, and the cut steel tube is subjected to reducing in at least one end portion thereof and then to quenching and tempering.
