摘要: In a vertical engine having a crankshaft directed in a vertical direction and a flywheel provided on a lower end of the crankshaft projected through a bottom wall of a crank chamber, the crank chamber is formed by a skirt section integral with a cylinder block and a split crankcase attached to the skirt section putting respective contacting faces together and an oil dropping hole is formed in a bearing wall section provided on the cylinder block side and forming a lowest crank bearing section within the crank chamber. The oil dropping hole communicates with an lower side of the bearing wall section and an upper side of the bearing wall section positioned within a lowest cylinder and is inclined downward from the cylinder side to the contacting face of the skirt section facing to the split crankcase. A flywheel space is formed under the bottom wall of the crank chamber and an oil pan is provided under the flywheel space. An oil return passage extending from the crank chamber to the oil pan detours around the flywheel space.

摘要: A display processing apparatus includes a transparent display data generating unit and a preview image generating unit. Based on document data including color plane image data indicating an area for which use of a color developer is specified and transparent plane image data indicating an area for which use of a transparent developer is specified together with the type of transparent processing performed on the area by using the transparent developer, the transparent display data generating unit generates pieces of transparent display data showing a result of image formation corresponding to the transparent processing with the transparent developer for each type of transparent processing. The preview image generating unit generates a preview image by projecting a color display plane on which the color plane image data is displayed and transparent display planes on which the pieces of transparent display data are displayed in a three-dimensional space onto a two-dimensional plane.

摘要: The first invention relates to a water-based ink for ink-jet printing which includes colorant-containing polymer particles (A) obtained by dispersing a colorant with a water-soluble polymer (x) and a water-insoluble polymer (y), a water-soluble organic solvent (B) and water, wherein a weight ratio of the water-insoluble polymer (y) to the water-soluble polymer (x) [(y)/(x)] is from 2.0 to 5.0, and a content of the water-soluble organic solvent (B) in the ink is from 10 to 70% by weight. The water-based ink for ink-jet printing according to the first invention is excellent in ejection property and optical density and exhibits a low viscosity. The second invention relates to a process for producing a water dispersion for ink-jet printing, which includes a step (I) of mixing a dispersion of a colorant with an emulsion of a water-insoluble polymer containing an organic solvent; a step (II) of subjecting the resulting mixture to dispersing treatment to obtain a dispersion of the colorant onto which the water-insoluble polymer is deposited; and a step (III) of removing the organic solvent from the resulting dispersion. The water dispersion produced by the process of the second invention is capable of exhibiting a high optical density suitable for high-speed printing.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to promote oil separation in a sealed container, thereby decreasing the amount of oil discharged to the outside of a compressor. The compressor comprises discharge hole provided at position facing the end surface of a rotor and through which a compressed refrigerant from first and second rotary compression elements is discharged into the sealed container; and a refrigerant flow path which is extended from a space surrounded with a coil end of a stator projecting from the end surface of the rotor to a rotary compression mechanism side to a space of an air gap between the rotor and the stator, to guide the compressed refrigerant discharged through the discharge hole to an electromotive element opposite to the rotary compression mechanism side. The outlet of this refrigerant flow path opposite to the rotary compression mechanism side faces the inner wall surface of the sealed container, and the volume of a space between the inner wall surface of the sealed container and the electromotive element is 1.5 times or more and 15 times or less that of a space between the rotary compression element and the electromotive element.
