    摘要: An electromechanical conversion element having high connection reliability and an actuator equipped with the electromechanical conversion element. The electromechanical conversion element includes: a displacement part capable of expanding and contracting by application of voltage and having electrode forming faces and an adhesion face which are disposed adjacent to each other; and external electrodes on the electrode forming faces, in which lead electrodes for applying voltage to the displacement part are bonded to bonding regions provided in the external electrodes, and a driven member capable of being driven by the expansion and contraction of the displacement part is bonded to the adhesion face by an adhesive. The electromechanical conversion element further includes bleed flow blocking parts on the electrode forming faces at points closer to the adhesion face than ends of the bonding regions located on the same side as the adhesion face.

    摘要: A composite vibration device includes a piezoelectric element defining a vibrating member, which is made of a material having a first acoustical impedance, first and second reflecting layers are connected to respective end surfaces of the piezoelectric element, each of the layers are made of a material having a second acoustical impedance lower than the first acoustical impedance, and first and second supporting members. Each of the first and second supporting members is made of a material having an acoustical impedance higher than the second acoustical impedance and is connected to the outer surface of each of the first and second reflecting layers. Vibrations propagated from the piezoelectric element are reflected at the interfaces between the reflecting layers and the supporting members.

    摘要: A longitudinally coupled multi-mode piezoelectric filter is constructed to use a piezoelectric stiffened effect. The piezoelectric filter includes a multilayer piezoelectric element having at least four excitation electrodes arranged substantially parallel to one another and a plurality of piezoelectric layers which are arranged between the excitation electrodes and which are polarized in a predetermined direction. The piezoelectric filter further includes an input electrode, an output electrode, and a ground electrode. Application of an input signal between the input electrode and the ground electrode causes vibration of different order modes to be excited and coupled, such that an output signal is extracted between the output electrode and the ground electrode.

    摘要: An electronic apparatus includes a delay circuit which generates a delayed output signal to initial-clear the memory elements and a detection circuit for detecting a startup which operates at an operating voltage greater than the absolute value of any of the operating voltages of the memory elements. The output signal from the delay circuit is released on the basis of the output from the detection circuit. A reset circuit of this type obviates the need for a system reset key and thereby eliminates the disadvantages associated with such a key.
