摘要: A liquid crystal display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate and liquid crystal. The first substrate includes pixel electrodes, a peripheral circuit and a dummy wiring. The peripheral circuit and the dummy wiring are provided outside a pixel area in which the pixel electrodes are arranged. The second substrate is opposed to the first substrate through the liquid crystal. The second substrate includes a translucent conductive film that is provided on an opposite side of the second substrate to a side where the liquid crystal is present. The dummy wiring is located on an outer peripheral side of the substrates than the peripheral circuit and is provided independently of the peripheral circuit in terms of circuit. The dummy wiring is grounded outside the first substrate.

摘要: The ultrasonic sensor has a plurality of ultrasonic transducers disposed two-dimensionally on a sensor substrate. The sensor substrate is divided into areas by an X axis and a Y axis which intersect one another in plan view looking at the sensor substrate along the thickness direction. In each of the areas, each of the lower electrode lines which leads out from the lower electrode of each of the ultrasonic transducers has a linear segment which extends in a direction away from the substrate center point where the X axis and Y axis intersect.

摘要: When brain images are inputted through MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) and subjected to image processing to assist the diagnosis of brain diseases, functional and morphological images in an ASL coordinate system are inputted from the head of a subject by an ASL (Arterial Spin Labeling) imaging method using an MRI device. The inputted functional images are subjected to mask processing to extract only the region of cerebral parenchyma, and functional images of only the extracted region of the cerebral parenchyma are thereby produced and displayed to be overlaid on the morphological images. In this manner, a functional image such as a perfusion weighted image of only the region of the cerebral parenchyma can be extracted and displayed overlaid on a morphological image.

摘要: A walking assistance device having an ankle joint limited in a swingable range in a rolling direction, enabling a user to open his/her legs apart more easily. The walking assistance device includes a seating member 1, a pair of leg links 2 and 2 which support the seating member 1 from below, and a ground contact member 8 connected to each leg link 2 through an ankle joint 7. The ankle joint 7 has a coupling mechanism 100 which includes a joint shaft member 106 and a retaining portion which swingably retains the joint shaft member 106 in the rolling direction in a predetermined range φ. The joint shaft member 106 is inclined to an abduction side in the rolling direction from the middle position of the predetermined range φ in which the joint shaft member is swingable in the rolling direction when the walking assistance device is in an upright state.
