摘要: A power supplying device for an electric discharge machine prevents electric discharge by a voltage from a subsidiary power supply circuit during a delay time from generation of the electric discharge to a rise of a voltage from a main power supply circuit. A parallel circuit, of a current reducing resistor and a capacitor, is provided in series in the subsidiary power supply circuit. A controller turns on the subsidiary power supply circuit to apply a voltage between a first electrode and a workpiece, as a second electrode, to generate an electric discharge therebetween, electricity charging the capacitor flowing between the electrodes to maintain the electric discharge even if an electric discharge current oscillates. The controller further turns on a main power supply circuit to supply a machining current in response to detection of the electric discharge and the current reducing resistor suppresses any leakage current during the application of the voltage from the subsidiary power supply circuit.

摘要: An electric discharge machining apparatus capable of precisely detecting the electric discharge in a case of performing machining by minute machining energy such as in finish machining. A voltage is applied between a tool electrode and a workpiece by repeating ON/OFF of a switching element to charge a stray capacitance between the electrodes to cause electric discharge between the electrodes by the charged voltage. The electric discharge between the electrodes in the electric discharge machining by the minute machining energy is detected. The current between the electrodes is detected by integrating an output of a sensor coil. An offset component superposed in the output of the integrator by a low-pass filter is extracted. The extracted offset component is eliminated from the output of the integrator by a differential amplifier. An output of the differential amplifier is compared with a reference value to detect the electric discharge.

摘要: Supply of a wire electrode, application of a detection voltage, and binarization and sampling of the detection voltage are started, so as to start advance of the wire electrode from the position A toward a workpiece. The position of the wire electrode when a sampling value (low level) is detected for the first time is designated as a position B, and the wire electrode is advanced from this position by a predetermined distance P1, and is stopped at a position C. Retreat of the wire electrode is started from the position C, and a position Q where the sampling value has changed from the high level to the low level is stored as a contact/noncontact boundary position. Further, retreat of the wire electrode is continued, and the wire electrode is stopped at a predetermined separating position D, to thereby finish the processing.

摘要: A map display system includes an operation detection unit for detecting a contact of an indication member with a window frame of a map, a window resizing unit for resizing the window frame according to a movement of the indication member, and a window restoring unit for restoring the window frame to an indication member pre-contact state when the indication member loses contact with the window frame. The window resizing unit maintains a display scale of the map in a course of resizing the window frame, and the window restoring unit adapts the display scale of the map in the window frame being restored to include at least a display area of the map before restoring the window frame.

摘要: Temperatures of four CPU cores of a multi-core CPU of a mobile body are detected. If the detected temperatures of the CPU cores become high, a clock setting register in a CPU clock-forming unit is set to the highest multiplying factor, and the CPU clock multiplying factors of the other clock setting registers are lowered. The clock frequencies of the CPU cores are lowered except a specified CPU core of a highest priority while maintaining the highest operation clock frequency for the specified CPU core, to thereby lower the temperature of the multi-core CPU. Alternatively, when the specified CPU core becomes abnormal, the processing assigned to it is reassigned to another CPU core of the plurality of CPU cores.

摘要: A control circuit memorizes identification information of a landmark and a visits count relative to a spot assigned the landmark, in a visits count storing unit. The control circuit updates the visits count stored in the visits count storing unit when the spot assigned the landmark is visited. When a certain landmark becomes included in a map display range on a display unit, the control circuit refers to the visits count storing unit to determine whether a visits count relative to the certain landmark is greater than a predetermined count. The certain landmark is highlighted on the map when the visits count is determined to be greater than the predetermined count.

摘要: When starting a wire cutting operation, a first predetermined current is supplied from a power unit to a wire, and at the same time predetermined tension is applied from a tension applying device to the wire. When a first predetermined time elapses since the start of the wire cutting operation, the current supplied from the power unit is switched to a second predetermined current which is smaller than the first predetermined current, and also the predetermined tension is continuously applied, such that the wire is cut.

摘要: A multiroom air conditioner has a plurality of indoor heat exchangers connected to a single outdoor heat exchanger. A reversible expansion valve is installed on a liquid-side branch pipe for each of the indoor heat exchangers, and a solenoid valve is installed on a gas-side branch pipe for each indoor heat exchanger. Temperature sensors are provided on the liquid-side branch pipes, on the gas-side branch pipes, and on the outlet side during cooling of the outdoor heat exchanger. A pressure sensor or a temperature sensor detects the saturation temperature on the high-pressure side of the compressor. Based on the saturation temperature on the high-pressure side of the compressor, the temperature on the outlet side during cooling of the outdoor heat exchanger, and the temperatures in the liquidside branch pipes, a controller controls the expansion valves so as to obtain a target degree of subcooling during cooling and heating. The controller can also control the expansion valves so that the temperatures in each of the branch pipes are approximately equal to one another.
