    Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods related to using restricted target wake time in wireless communication. In one aspect, a first wireless communication device may configure a first field indicating (i) one or more traffic streams that are latency sensitive, and (ii) a direction of each of the one or more traffic streams between the first wireless communication device and a second wireless communication device. Each of the one or more traffic streams is to be communicated during a respective service period of a restricted target wake time (rTWT) schedule. The first wireless communication device may send a message including the first field to a second wireless communication device.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are related to devices and methods for communication. In one aspect, a device includes a first processor and a second processor. The first processor may be configured to generate a first set of packets associated with an application data unit in a first layer corresponding to content data. Each packet of the first set of packets may include a flag indicative of an association with the application data unit. The second processor may be configured to generate a second set of one or more packets in a second layer for transmission, in response to determining that the first set of packets is associated with the application data unit according to flags of the first set of packets. The second processor may be configured to schedule to transmit the second set of one or more packets in the second layer within a defined time period.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods related to slot assignments to traffic streams. In one aspect, a first wireless communication device sends, to a second wireless communication device, a request message including a latency marker having a requested value. The requested value indicates that a corresponding traffic stream between the first wireless communication device and the second wireless communication device is latency sensitive. Responsive to the request message, the first wireless communication device receives, from the second wireless communication device, a response message including a response latency marker. The response latency marker includes a response value for the corresponding traffic stream. When the response value is the same as the requested value, the first wireless communication device communicates corresponding traffic stream as a prioritized traffic stream instead of a regular traffic stream, with the second wireless communication device.

    Abstract: A first device within a multi-link device having a plurality of wireless links including a first link and a second link, may include one or more processors configured to receive a first frame on the first link while communicating with a second device for transmission of a second frame on the second link. The one or more processors may decode a portion of the first frame to determine a first duration of no medium access. The one or more processors may determine, a second duration comprising a remaining transmission duration on the second link. The one or more processors may determine whether the first duration is greater than or equal to the second duration. In response to the first duration being greater than or equal to the second duration, the one or more processors may defer channel access on the first link until an end of the first duration.
