摘要： A method and system for monitoring the temperature and humidity of warehouses are disclosed. The method includes: installing a detecting module in a cartridge, transporting the cartridge to a plurality of storages of the warehouse by a transmission assembly so as to measure the temperature and humidity of each of the storages by the detecting module, transmitting the measured results to a control unit by a wireless network, and dynamically monitoring the temperature and humidity of the warehouses according to the measured results by the control unit. The method and the system not only control and adjust the temperature and humidity of each of the storages of the warehouses in time, but also reduce detection cost.

摘要： The present invention provides a safety pin which includes a cylinder having a first and second interfaces. A piston is moveably disposed within the cylinder to divide the cylinder into the first and second chambers. A safety pin is securely attached to the piston. A compressed air supplying device supplies the compressed air to the first and second chambers selectively. The safety made accordance with the present invention is securely attached to the piston which divides the cylinder into the first and second chambers. When the compressed air is injected into the first and second chambers selectively, the safety pin is extended or retracted so as to realize the lockup and unlock of the equipment eliminating human error resulted from negligence.

A piston is moveably disposed within the cylinder and dividing the cylinder into a first chamber in communication with the first port and a second chamber in communication with the second port. A dowel pin is securely attached to the piston. An adjusting device regulates the position of the piston along a position perpendicular to the first and second directions. And a supplying device directing compressed air to the first chamber through the first port, or directing the compressed air to the second chamber through the second port so as to push the piston and the dowel pin to move along the first direction so as for performing locking and unlocking the equipment. By this arrangement, equipment can be readily locked up and unlocked by the provision of the safety pin.

摘要： An automatic commodity transportation system, adapted for transporting glass substrate of a TFT-LCD of a liquid crystal display device, wherein the automatic commodity transportation system includes a plurality of storing cabinets, a plurality of storing trays removeably disposed within the cabinet, and a transporting apparatus, wherein the transporting apparatus is used to move the trays between different storing cabinets, the transporting device which includes a chassis. A robot arm is rotatably mounted onto the chassis. A protective arrangement is provided on the robot arm to stop the operation of the robot arm when the protective arrangement is triggered to sending out a signal. As the automatic commodity transportation system is arranged with an anti-collision device such that a collision with other moving or stationary part is therefore effectively lowered. As a result, the halt and maintenance resulted of a damaged rotary arm can be avoided, and the production will not be affected. In addition, with the protective arrangement mounted on the rotary arm, personal injury can be effectively prevented as the personnel are safeguarded.

摘要： A system for monitoring cleanliness of a material handling system is disclosed. The system includes a measuring device, a first signal device, a second signal device, and a measuring host. The measuring device installed in the cartridges conduct the cleanliness measurements and obtains the measured result. The first signal device installed in the cartridges transforms the measured results to wireless signals. The second signal device installed in a predetermined location outside of the cartridges receives the wireless signal. The measuring host transforms the received wireless signals back to the measured results. The cartridges of the material handling system are also disclosed. The disclosed cleanliness monitoring system and the cartridge can reduce the cost.
