摘要: Provided is a pressure detection device capable of easy installation and removal of a sensor in/from a diaphragm, measurement of a pressure in a wide rage, and manufacture at a low cost while reducing a size. A sensor part (A) has: a magnet (12) being applied with a load produced by pressing of a diaphragm (8); and a magnet cap (11) covering the magnet (12). The diaphragm (8) has an intra-diaphragm magnetic body (9) buried therein. The intra-diaphragm magnetic body (9) has a protrusion part protruding from the diaphragm (8) so as to be in contact with the magnet (12). The magnet cap (11) has an opening part enabling the protrusion part of the intra-diaphragm magnetic body (9) and the magnet (12) to be joined together.

摘要: A state detecting device can efficiently remove air bubbles from a liquid no matter whether the liquid flows forwards or backwards. The state detecting device (1) is provided in a tube to detect a state of a liquid flowing in the tube. The state detecting device (1) includes: a liquid hold part (2) in which the liquid is stored; an inflow part (4) from which the liquid enters the liquid hold part (2); an outflow part (5) from which the liquid exits from the liquid hold part (2); an inlet (8) that is a rear end portion of the inflow part (4); and an outlet (9) that is a front end portion of the outflow part (5). Here, the inlet (8) and the outlet (9) are arranged higher than a center of the liquid hold part (2) in a vertical direction when the state detecting device is provided in the tube.

摘要: A pressure detector having a pipe inner pressure receiving opening section comprising a fluid passage for transporting fluid and a diaphragm hermetically sealing an opening made in one side face of the fluid passage, and a pressure detecting section coupled with the pipe inner pressure receiving opening section through the diaphragm and detecting physical variation of the diaphragm, characterized in that the diaphragm is provided loosely at the opening, and the pressure detecting section comprises at least a pressure detector, a load transmitting means having one end connected with the diaphragm and the other end touching the pressure detector, and means for loading the pressure detector. Since a fluid being measured is not exposed directly to air, possibility of clogging the circuit with a blood clot can be reduced; and since a stress load on the diaphragm is reduced, irreversible creep deformation of the diaphragm can be prevented; thereby allowing the pressure detector to perform continuous measurement stably with high accuracy for a long time.

摘要: The present invention provides a pyrophosphoric acid bath for use in Cu—Sn alloy plating without containing a cyanic ion comprising a reaction product (A) of an amine derivative and an epihalohydrin in a 1:1 mole ratio and a cationic surfactant (B) and, when necessary, further comprising a surface tension adjusting agent (C), a bath stabilizer (D) and an N-benzylpyridinium derivative (E) as additives. According to the bath of the present invention, by changing a bath composition of copper and tin or by employing a characteristic additive, a stable film with a silver-white, gold, copper or light black color can be obtained. By increasing tin contents in the bath, the bath can be used for lead-free solder plating. The bath is safe in handling and hygienic and, moreover, has no sewage process and environmental problems since it contains neither cyanic compound nor formaldehyde derivative.

摘要: A continuous ceramic composite plating method for long doctor base materials which comprises a degreasing step, rinsing step, acid immersion step, rinsing step, electroless ceramic composite nickel plating step, plating solution collection step, rinsing step, and drying step between a first step of supplying continuously one or a plurality of long doctor blade base materials held on one or a plurality of material reels spirally while the blade surfaces are maintained in a horizontal direction with respect to the surface of a solution; and a predetermined interval therebetween is maintained and a final step of taking up continuously the one or plurality of blade base materials on a plurality of corresponding take-up reels while the one or plurality of blade base materials are cramped by a plurality of pinch rolls, as well as an apparatus therefor. The doctor blades can be plated continuously and efficiently. The obtained product is not curled and has abrasion resistance and durability because ceramic fine powder are deposited on the effective surface of the blade efficiently in a high concentration. Since no spacer is used, the blade has good outer appearance and excellent corrosion properties.
