    摘要: A differential amplifier is connected to a push-pull-type source follower circuit that receives biphase signals. The source follower circuit has a first set of FETs including a first source follower FET and a first current source FET and a second set of FETs including a second source follower FET and a second current source FET. A first coupling capacitance element connects the first current source FET and the second source follower FET, and a second coupling capacitance element connects the second current source FET and the first source follower FET. A diode or a resistor connects the source terminals of the first and second current source FETs to a voltage source.

    摘要: The ON duration of an N channel MOS transistor is set based on a target voltage at a node between a resistor and a light receiving element of a photocoupler. A comparator compares the target voltage with a reference voltage at a node between a variable resistor and a resistor. A normal mode and a low frequency operation mode are switched from one to the other based on an output signal from the comparator. The resistance of the variable resistor becomes low when an input voltage from a power source is high. Even when the input voltage is high, therefore, the ON duration of the N channel MOS transistor at the transition between the normal mode and the low frequency operation mode becomes short. This reduces the switching energy in low frequency operation mode, thereby suppressing noise.

    摘要: A switching power source apparatus includes a switching element connected through a primary winding of a transformer to a DC power source, a start circuit for a control circuit, a rectify-smooth circuit of a voltage of a secondary winding of the transformer, and a rectify-smooth circuit to rectify and smooth a voltage of a tertiary winding of the transformer into a source voltage for the control circuit. The start circuit supplies a first starting current to start the apparatus and stops the first starting current once the apparatus has started. If the source voltage to the control circuit decreases to a turn-off voltage after the apparatus has started, the start circuit supplies a second starting current that is smaller than the first starting current. If the source voltage to the control circuit further decreases to a predetermined voltage that is lower than the turn-off voltage, the start circuit supplies the first starting current.
