    Abstract: A radio-frequency module includes a mount board, an antenna terminal and a ground terminal, a low-noise amplifier, a first inductor, and a second inductor. The mount board has a first principal surface and a second principal surface on opposite sides of the mount board from one another. The low-noise amplifier includes a transistor configured to amplify a signal. The first inductor is disposed on one of the first principal surface and the second principal surface of the mount board. The first inductor is connected to the antenna terminal. The second inductor is disposed on the other of the first principal surface and the second principal surface of the mount board. The second inductor is connected between the transistor and the ground terminal.

    Abstract: A radio-frequency module supports carrier aggregation in which radio-frequency signals in a plurality of frequency ranges are simultaneously transmitted, simultaneously received, or simultaneously transmitted and received. The radio-frequency module includes a plurality of first filters, a plurality of second filters, a switch coupled to an antenna element and the plurality of first filters and configured to control connection and disconnection between the antenna element and each of the plurality of first filters, and a switch coupled to the antenna element and the plurality of second filters and configured to control connection and disconnection between the antenna element and each of the plurality of second filters. No combination of filters selected from both the plurality of first filters and the plurality of second filters are used for carrier aggregation.

    Abstract: A radio frequency (RF) module includes a board including a first principal surface and a second principal surface on opposite sides of the board, a filter including a first terminal and a second terminal, a first circuit, and a second circuit. The filter is disposed on the first principal surface. The first circuit is disposed on the second principal surface. In a plan view of the board, a first footprint of a first line and a second footprint of a second line at least partially overlap in the board. The first line connects the first terminal and the first circuit, and the second line connects the second terminal and the second circuit.

    Abstract: A module is provided with a substrate having a main surface, and each of one or more inductors that are disposed on the main surface of the substrate. A resin sealing portion seals the one or more inductors and covers the main surface of the substrate. A ground conductor is disposed on an outer peripheral side of the substrate with respect to entirety of the one or more inductors in a plan view. A plurality of linear conductors are disposed on the resin sealing portion. The plurality of linear conductors are disposed with gaps therebetween, such that the one or more inductors underlie at least one of the plurality of linear conductors in the plan view.

    Abstract: A radio-frequency front-end circuit includes first and second filters, and first and second band elimination filters. The first filter is connected between an antenna common terminal and a first input-output terminal, and has a first frequency band as a pass band. The second filter is connected between the antenna common terminal and a second input-output terminal, and has a second frequency band as a pass band. The first band elimination filter is connected between the antenna common terminal and a third input-output terminal, and has the first frequency band as a stop band. The second band elimination filter is connected in series with the first band elimination filter between the antenna common terminal and the third input-output terminal, and has the second frequency band as a stop band.
