Abstract: A transmission mechanism device includes a transmission mechanism including a hollow shaft, and a bearing supporting an outer face of the shaft. A holder holding the bearing is on the inner face of a housing of the transmission mechanism. The holder has a facing face facing an end of the shaft, a tubular portion holding the bearing and protruding in the axial direction radially from the facing face, and a rib inside the tubular portion and protruding in the axial direction from the facing face. The rib extends in a concave shape opening upward. A lower end of an inner face of the rib is below an upper end of an inner face of the shaft when viewed from the axial direction. At least one end of the rib in an extending direction faces an inner face of the tubular portion via a gap when viewed from the axial direction.

Abstract: A housing of a drive device includes a refrigerant flow path through which a refrigerant flows. The refrigerant flow path includes a first flow path, a second flow path, a third flow path, and a fourth flow path. The refrigerant to be sent from a pump flows through the first flow path. The refrigerant to be supplied to the motor portion flows in the second flow path. The third flow path supplies a part of the refrigerant flowing through the second flow path to the outer surface of a stator. The fourth flow path supplies the other part of the refrigerant flowing through the second flow path to a hollow portion of a shaft. A minimum flow-path cross-sectional area in the fourth flow path is smaller than a minimum flow-path cross-sectional area in the third flow path.

Abstract: A transmission mechanism device of an aspect of the present invention includes a motor, a transmission mechanism including a plurality of gears, a first shaft and a bearing supporting the first shaft and transmitting power of the motor, a housing that accommodates the transmission mechanism and holds the bearing on an inner face, oil that collects in a lower region inside the housing, a catch tank that is disposed inside the housing and opens upward, an oil passage through which the oil passes, and an oil pump provided in the oil passage. The oil passage has a first path connecting the oil pump and the catch tank and a scooping path for scooping the oil by rotation of the gear to guide the scooped oil to the catch tank. The catch tank includes a feed portion for supplying the oil to the gear or the bearing.

Abstract: In an electric power unit which accommodates at least an electric motor in a housing, polygonal rib regions in which polygonal ribs are respectively formed are provided on at least two surfaces of an outer peripheral surface of the housing, and the polygonal rib regions are connected by a circumferential rib. Here, a first axial rib and a second axial rib extending parallel to an axial direction are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the housing, and the polygonal rib region is provided in a portion sandwiched between the first axial rib and the second axial rib. Further, the circumferential rib is formed over the entire part of the polygonal rib region in a circumferential direction. Note that the polygonal rib is a honeycomb rib.

Abstract: A rotary electric machine includes a rotor having a hollow shaft, a housing, a current shunter fixed to the housing and in electrical contact with the shaft and the housing, and a nozzle member for feeding a fluid inside the shaft. The shaft has an open end portion on a first axial side. The housing includes a bottom wall on the first axial side from the open end portion, and a peripheral wall protruding from the bottom wall toward a second axial side and surrounding the open end portion. The nozzle member has a feeding tubular part at least partly inserted inside the shaft from the open end portion, and a flange portion protruding radially outward from the feeding tubular part. The current shunter is located radially inside the peripheral wall, and the flange portion is located between the current shunter and the bottom wall in an axial direction.

A flow passage including a cutout portion is provided on the inner face of the housing. The catch tank includes a reservoir and a feed portion extending from the inside of the reservoir to the holding tubular portion. The distal end portion of the feed portion is inserted into the flow passage.

Abstract: A drive device includes a first shaft, a gear portion, a lubricant flow path, and a housing. A gear portion having a second shaft is connected to an end portion of the first shaft in the axial direction. A side plate portion of the housing separates a motor tubular portion surrounding a motor accommodation portion that accommodates a rotor and a stator and a gear tubular portion surrounding a gear accommodation portion that accommodates the gear portion. First and second bearing holding portions disposed in the side plate portion rotatably support the first and second shafts via the first and second bearings, respectively. A lubricant supply portion that is disposed radially outward of the stator and supplies lubricant to the stator includes a lubricant flow path through which lubricant can flow. The lubricant flow path is connected to at least one of the first and second bearing holding portions.
