    Abstract: A transmission mechanism device includes a transmission mechanism including a hollow shaft, and a bearing supporting an outer face of the shaft. A holder holding the bearing is on the inner face of a housing of the transmission mechanism. The holder has a facing face facing an end of the shaft, a tubular portion holding the bearing and protruding in the axial direction radially from the facing face, and a rib inside the tubular portion and protruding in the axial direction from the facing face. The rib extends in a concave shape opening upward. A lower end of an inner face of the rib is below an upper end of an inner face of the shaft when viewed from the axial direction. At least one end of the rib in an extending direction faces an inner face of the tubular portion via a gap when viewed from the axial direction.

    Abstract: The motor unit includes: a motor having a motor shaft that rotates around a motor axis extending along a horizontal direction; a gear section connected to the motor shaft on one side of the motor shaft in an axial direction; a housing that houses the motor and the gear section; and an oil contained in the housing. The housing includes a motor housing section that has inside a motor chamber for housing the motor, and a gear housing section that has inside a gear chamber for housing the gear section. The housing is provided with an oil passage along which the oil circulates for cooling the motor. A pump that supplies the oil to the motor is provided in a channel of the oil passage. The pump has a pump motor. A rotation axis of the pump motor is parallel to the motor axis.

    Abstract: A motor unit includes a motor including a rotor and a stator, a gear connected to the rotor, a housing including a housing space to house the motor and the gear, oil in a vertically lower region of the housing space, and an oil passage to lead the oil from the vertically lower region of the housing space to be fed to the motor. The housing space includes a motor chamber to house the motor; and a gear chamber to house the gear. The housing includes a partition to divide the motor chamber and the gear chamber. A bottom portion of the motor chamber is higher than a bottom portion of the gear chamber. A portion of the oil fed to the motor is in a vertically lower region of the motor chamber. A vertically lower region of the partition includes a partition opening to bring the gear chamber and the motor chamber into communication with each other. The partition opening is structured such that a rise in a liquid surface of the oil in the vertically lower region of the motor chamber causes an increase in an amount of transfer of the oil from the motor chamber to the gear chamber through the partition opening.

    Abstract: A drive apparatus includes a motor; a reduction gear connected to the motor; a differential connected to the reduction gear, for rotating an axle about a differential axis; a housing including a gear housing portion housing the reduction gear and the differential; and an oil housed in the gear housing portion. The differential includes a gear for rotating about the differential axis. An end portion of the gear is lower than the reduction gear, and is configured to soak in the oil. The housing includes an oil drain hole and an oil feed hole for joining an interior of the housing and a space outside of the housing, a first stopper member removably in the oil drain hole, and a second stopper member removably in the oil feed hole. Each of the oil drain hole and the oil feed hole is in a portion of the gear housing portion.

    Abstract: A drive device includes a rotor, a stator, a housing including an accommodation portion to store oil, a pump driven through a motor shaft, and a transmission that transmits rotation of the motor shaft to a pump shaft. The pump includes an external gear fixed to the pump shaft, an internal gear surrounding the external gear and meshing with the external gear, a pump room provided in the housing and accommodating the internal gear and the external gear, a suction port through which the oil is to be sucked into the pump room, and a discharge port through which the oil is to be discharged from the pump room. The housing includes a first oil passage connected to the discharge port. The motor shaft includes a second oil passage provided in the motor shaft and connected to the first oil passage and a first through-hole connecting the second oil passage and an outer circumferential surface of the motor shaft. The suction port is open to a lower region in a vertical direction of the accommodation portion, and allows the oil in the accommodation portion to be sucked into the pump room.

    Abstract: In a motor, a stator includes: a stator core having slots arranged in a circumferential direction; and conductor connection bodies with conductors connected in series and inserted into the slots. A conductor connection body includes: a first portion wave-wound toward one side in the circumferential direction from a first end to a second end; a second portion wave-wound toward the one side in the circumferential direction from a third end to a fourth end; and a folded portion connecting the first and second portions. The first and third ends protrude in an axial direction from different slots in the circumferential direction, and the second and fourth ends protrude in the axial direction from different slots in the circumferential direction. The conductors include a folded conductor that forms a folded portion connecting the second end of the first portion and the fourth end of the second portion.

The housing includes a partition wall that partitions the inside of the housing into a motor housing and an inverter housing. The partition wall is provided with a through hole. Each busbar includes a motor connection terminal, an inverter connection terminal, a first portion extending from the motor connection terminal toward the through hole, and a second portion extending from the first portion to the inverter connection terminal through the through hole. At least two busbars overlap each other in a plate thickness direction inside the through hole.

    Abstract: According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a driving device is a driving device for rotating an axle of a vehicle and includes: a motor having a rotor rotating about a motor axis extending in a horizontal direction orthogonal to a vertical direction; a reduction gear connected to the rotor; a differential gear connected to the motor via the reduction gear; and a housing configured to house the motor, the reduction gear and the differential gear therein. The housing has a protrusion that protrudes upward in the vertical direction, and at least one circumferential rib that extends in a circumferential direction. The protrusion has a female screw hole into which an eye bolt can be tightened. At least one of the circumferential ribs is connected to the protrusion.
