Abstract: A format that includes a BSSID of a transmitting station within a preamble of the frame is an HE format, and a format that does not include a BSSID within the preamble but includes a BSSID in a MAC header is a Non-HE format; and a wireless station in the BSS includes a control part which checks a format of a frame received at a predetermined receiver sensitivity or above, and continues demodulation of the received frame if the format is HE format and the BSSID in the received frame is consistent with its own BSS, and stops the demodulation of the received frame if the HE format and the BSSID in the received frame is not consistent with its own BSS.

Abstract: A predetermined STA includes a station information collection unit collecting from the STA itself and other STAs station information used for selection of STAs performing simultaneous transmission and for control of the simultaneous transmission, and a simultaneous-transmission request unit knowing occurrence of a QoS data frame based on the station information and transmitting a request frame requesting the simultaneous transmission to an AP. The AP includes a station information collection unit; a simultaneous-transmission determination unit selecting a combination of the STAs performing the simultaneous transmission based on the station information by reception of the request frame; and a trigger transmission unit transmitting to each of the STAs performing the simultaneous transmission a trigger frame instructing to performs the simultaneous transmission and including information necessary for controlling the simultaneous transmission. Each of the STAs designated by the trigger frame is configured to simultaneously transmit the wireless frames to the AP.

Abstract: Provided is a wireless communication system in which, based on a random access scheme, a transmission opportunity (TXOP) acquired by a wireless access point is granted to a wireless station when performing uplink data transmission from the wireless station to the wireless access point and the TXOP acquired by the wireless station is granted to the wireless access point when performing downlink data transmission from the wireless access point to the wireless station, the system includes a scheduling unit for TXOP granting determining one or more wireless stations having a quality of an uplink data transmission lower than a prescribed value as TXOP responders to which the wireless access point grants the TXOP, and determining one or more wireless stations having a quality of a downlink data transmission lower than the prescribed value as TXOP holders which grant the TXOP to the wireless access point.

Abstract: To enable signal position detection, frequency offset compensation, clock offset compensation, and chromatic dispersion amount estimation in a communication system based on coherent detection using an optical signal, even on a signal having a great offset in an arrival time depending on a frequency due to chromatic dispersion. An optical signal transmitting apparatus generates specific frequency band signals having power concentrated on two or more specific frequencies and transmits a signal including the specific frequency band signals. An optical signal receiving apparatus converts a received signal into a digital signal, detects positions of the specific frequency band signals from the converted digital signal, estimates frequency positions of the detected specific frequency band signals, and detects a frequency offset between an optical signal receiving apparatus and an optical signal transmitting apparatus. Moreover, the optical signal receiving apparatus detects a clock offset between the optical signal receiving apparatus and the optical signal transmitting apparatus from an interval between the estimated frequency positions of the specific frequency band signals. Furthermore, the optical signal receiving apparatus estimates temporal positions of the detected specific frequency band signals and detects a chromatic dispersion amount from a difference between the temporal positions of the specific frequency band signals corresponding to different frequencies.
