摘要: Embodiments of a calibration system for third order intermodulation distortion (IMD3) cancellation and a wireless apparatus are disclosed. In an embodiment, a calibration system for IMD3 cancellation includes a cancellation circuit for IMD3 cancellation between a first transmitter and a second transmitter, and a controller coupled to the cancellation circuit and configured to for each frequency channel of the first transmitter, perform a pre-conditional calibration of the cancellation circuit, after the pre-conditional calibration, determine a phase configuration for the cancellation circuit, and after the phase configuration for the cancellation circuit is determined, determine an attenuation configuration for the cancellation circuit.

摘要: A millimeter-wave communication system includes a transmitter and a receiver. The transmitter is configured to be connected to a waveguide that is transmissive at millimeter-wave frequencies, the waveguide having a propagation parameter that varies with frequency at the millimeter-wave frequencies. The transmitter is configured to generate a millimeter-wave signal comprising multiple sub-carriers that are modulated with data, wherein each sub-carrier is modulated with a respective portion of the data and is subjected to only a respective fraction of a variation in the propagation parameter, and to transmit the millimeter-wave signal into a first end of the waveguide. The receiver is configured to receive the millimeter-wave signal from a second end of the waveguide, and to extract the data from the multiple sub-carriers.

摘要: A cancellation circuit includes a limiter connected to an output of a first transmitter power amplifier that converts in input sinewave to a digital square wave and a digital to time converter (DTC) connected to the limiter. A RF digital to RF converter is connected to the DTC that converts the digital square wave input into an analog RF output. A cancellation amplifier with an input receives an output from the RF digital to RF converter and has an output connected to an output of a second transmitter power amplifier. The cancellation amplifier produces a cancellation signal to cancel an interference signal at the output of the second transmitter power amplifier from the output of the first transmitter power amplifier. A power detector is connected to the output of the second power amplifier that produces a power value detected at the output of the second power amplifier.

The plurality of RIS elements produces a reflection beam that may be directed to a specific location. The RFID chip receives steering information to steer the reflection beam.

摘要: An electronic circuit includes a differential output circuit that produces a differential output signal at a differential output. A primary winding of a balun has a first balun terminal coupled to a first differential output terminal, and a second balun terminal coupled to a second differential output terminal. A configurable harmonic reduction circuit includes first and second configurable shunt capacitance circuits coupled between the first differential output terminal or the second differential output terminal, respectively, and a ground reference node. A control circuit receives tuning data associated with a calibrated tuning state. The tuning data indicates a first and second calibrated capacitance values, which are unequal, for the first and second configurable shunt capacitance circuits, respectively. The control circuit controls the first configurable shunt capacitance circuit to have the first calibrated capacitance value, and controls the second configurable shunt capacitance circuit to have the second calibrated capacitance value.

摘要: Various embodiments relate to a cancellation circuit configured to generate a cancellation signal, including: an attenuator configured to attenuate a transmitted signal from an aggressor transmitter based upon a first attenuation value; an I/Q demodulator configured to split an attenuated signal into in-phase (I) and quadrature signals (Q); a phase interpolator configured to apply a calibration phase shift and a calibration attenuation to the I signal and Q signal and to recombine the I and Q signals; an auxiliary balun coupled to an output of the phase interpolator; and an auxiliary power amplifier with an input connected to the auxiliary balun configured to generate the cancellation signal, wherein the output of the auxiliary power amplifier is connected to an output of a victim transmitter.

摘要: Provided is a contactless connector that includes an antenna system and a wireless transceiver coupled to the antenna system and configured to simultaneously transmit a transmission signal and receive a received signal through the antenna system. The wireless transceiver includes a transformer, a wide-band phase shifter and a combiner. The transformer has a primary coil with a center tap to which the transmission signal is coupled and a first end that is coupled to the antenna system. The transmission signal also is coupled to an input of the wide-band phase shifter. The transformer also has a secondary coil, an output of the secondary coil is coupled to a first input of the combiner, an output of the wide-band phase shifter is coupled to a second input of a combiner, and an output of the combiner provides a self-interference-canceled version of the received signal.
