    摘要: A tilt steering apparatus comprises a tilt adjusting mechanism in which a tilt lock release is established only when an oscillation-free end of an operating arm portion of a tilt operating lever is positioned toward a steering wheel side. Even when the tilt operating lever is oscillated to the steering wheel side, the tilt operating lever is prevented from returning under its own weight, thereby preventing it from being difficult to operate. The tilt steering apparatus is configured from an oscillation latch portion formed on the circumference of an oscillation center portion of an oscillation base portion of the tilt operating lever to move reciprocally in the circumferential direction, a hook portion formed in the movable bracket, and a spring that extends between the oscillation latch portion and the hook portion elastically urged in the direction of contraction. The centerline of the spring is able to pass through the oscillation center portion of the tilt operating lever as appropriate.

    摘要: A tilt steering apparatus comprises a tilt adjusting mechanism in which a tilt lock release is established only when an oscillation-free end of an operating arm portion of a tilt operating lever is positioned toward a steering wheel side.     摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of producing a membrane electrode assembly using an interface resistance reducing composition which can simply reduce the resistance of the interface between an electrode and an electrolyte membrane in a short time at low temperatures at low pressure without polimerization while maintaining an effect of suppressing a fuel crossover even with an electrolyte membrane having high heat resistance, high strength, a high tensile elastic modulus and a low water content. This is achieved by a method of producing a membrane electrode assembly formed by sandwiching an electrolyte membrane between a pair of electrodes, comprising the steps of bonding at least one electrode to the electrolyte membrane sandwiching an interface resistance reducing composition containing a plasticizer between the electrode and the electrolyte membrane, and a membrane electrode assembly formed by sandwiching an electrolyte membrane between a pair of electrodes, wherein the membrane electrode assembly has a layer (A) at least between one electrode and the electrolyte membrane, and the value of the storage modulus C is 1 GPA or more when the storage moduli of the electrolyte membrane and the layer (A), which are measured with an ultramicro penetrometer, are regarded as C and D, respectively.

    摘要: An electrode substrate for liquid crystal display devices is constructed with a resin substrate 4, a cured coating 3, a cured coating 2 and an ITO film 6 laminated in that order. The resin substrate 4 comprises a transparent resin which is a copolymer containing not less than 20% by weight of maleimide type monomer units, having a crosslinked structure and having a glass transition temperature of not lower than 160.degree. C. and not higher than 200.degree. C., and has a thickness of 0.1 to 0.8 mm. The cured coating 3 is a cured coating comprising a polyvinyl alcohol crosslinked with an epoxysilane represented by the formula R.sup.1 SiX.sub.3 wherein R.sup.1 is an organic group of 1 to 10 carbon atoms having a glycidyl group and X is a hydrolyzable group. The cured coating 2 is a siloxane type cured coating containing fine silica particles. The ITO film 6 is an ITO film having a grainy surface with grains of a diameter of not larger than 500 nm, formed at a substrate temperature of not higher than 100.degree. C., and having a thickness of 15 to 500 nm.
