摘要: A displacement control valve for a variable displacement compressor has a control passage, a valve hole formed in the control passage, a first shaft portion including a valve body, and a connecting portion connected to the end portion of the valve body. The control passage is connected to a crank chamber for controlling the pressure in the crank chamber for adjusting the discharge displacement of the compressor. The valve body is formed at an end portion of the first shaft portion to open and close the valve hole. The connecting portion connected to the end portion of the valve body is disposed into the valve hole, and a circumferential surface of the connecting portion has a curved surface so as to be flared out at an end of the connecting portion.

摘要: A thermoelectric conversion unit includes first and second cases including first and second recesses that define first and second flow passages and have openings, first and second substrates, a plurality of thermoelectric devices in contact with inner surfaces of the first and second substrates, a connector for joining the first and second cases, first and second fins protruding from the first and second substrates in the first and second flow passages. The first and second cases include first and second opposed portions opposed to the first and second substrates outside the first and second recess, respectively. A spacer for setting distance between the first opposed portion and the second opposed portion is provided. The spacer sets the distance between the first and second opposed portions to be longer than distance between the outer surface of the first substrate and the outer surface of the second substrate.

摘要: A thermoelectric conversion module includes a plurality of first substrates and a plurality of second substrates disposed to face each other, a plurality of first electrodes and a plurality of second electrodes, a plurality of thermoelectric conversion elements, a base plate, first fins and second fins. Each inner surface of the first substrate faces the respective inner surface of the second substrate. The first electrode is joined to the respective inner surface of the first substrate and the second electrode is joined to the respective inner surface of the second substrate. The thermoelectric conversion elements are electrically connected to each other through the first and the second electrodes. The base plate is thermally joined to the outer surfaces of the first substrates. Each first fin is thermally joined to the outer surface of the base plate. At least one of the first balance weight, the second balance weight, the arm, and the support bracket has a slope on a leading side in the rotation direction of the rotary shaft. The slope has a leading end. The slope is shaped to descend in the direction of the rotation axis toward the leading end.

摘要: A variable displacement compressor includes a housing, a rotary shaft, a bearing, a seal member, a shaft seal chamber, a discharge refrigerant passage and a partition. The partition is provided in the shaft seal chamber for partitioning the shaft seal chamber into a first seal chamber to which the discharge refrigerant passage is opened and a second seal chamber part of the periphery of which is formed by the bearing and the seal member. The partition is provided with a first guide passage through which refrigerant containing lubricating oil flowed from the discharge refrigerant passage into tho first seal chamber is substantially all supplied to the seal member of the second seal chamber.

摘要: A heating and cooling system, which includes a refrigerant circulation circuit, first and second targets, first and second refrigerant circuits, a first switching section, and a control device, is disclosed. The first switching section is selectively switched between a first position at which a refrigerant discharged from a discharge area of a compressor is permitted to flow to the first target and a second position at which the refrigerant is not permitted to flow to the first target. The control device switches the first switching section to the first position so that the refrigerant circulation circuit functions as a first refrigerant circuit, thereby heating the first target and cooling the second target. The control device switches the first switching section to the second position so that the refrigerant circulation circuit functions as a second refrigerant circuit, thereby cooling only the second target.

A piston reciprocates along a line of movement in the cylinder bore in accordance with the rotation of the drive shaft. The stroke of the piston is varied between the maximum stroke and the minimum stroke, which is greater than zero. The displacement of the fluid machine is changed in accordance with the stroke of the piston. A ring groove is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the piston. A piston ring is fitted in the ring groove and moves with respect to the piston in the line of movement of the piston. An allowable movement amount of the piston ring with respect to the piston is greater than or equal to the minimum stroke of the piston.

摘要: A shaft sealing assembly is located in a suction chamber of a swash plate type compressor to seal the space between a drive shaft and a housing. A first end portion of the drive shaft is supported by a first radial bearing. A second end portion of the drive shaft is supported by a second radial bearing. The suction chamber is closer to the first end portion of the drive shaft than the first radial bearing is. An axial passage is formed in the drive shaft to connect the suction chamber to the crank chamber. An inlet of the axial passage is closer to the second end portion than the second radial bearing is. An outlet of the axial passage is closer to the second end portion than the first radial bearing is.
