摘要: An input processing circuit is interposed between input terminals and input ports of an MPU. An output processing circuit is interposed between output ports of the MPU and output terminals. The input processing circuit includes switch sections and processing sections. The output processing circuit includes switch sections and processing sections. A switch control section switches the switch sections based on switch information stored in a switch information storage section to switch a connection relationship between the input terminals and the input ports, processing for an input signal, a connection relationship between the output ports and the output terminals, and processing for an output signal.

摘要: An apparatus for preventing corrosion of a contact includes a detection conducting path connected to the contact, a variable impedance unit and a comparing and switching unit. The variable impedance unit is connected to the detection conducting path. The variable impedance unit is switchable between (i) a first impedance used for passing a corrosion prevention current into the detection conducting path and (ii) a second impedance through used for passing a current, which is used for detecting a connection state of the contact, into the detection conducting path. The first impedance is lower than the second impedance. The comparing and switching unit compares a detected value with a corrosion threshold, compares the detected value with a restoration threshold and switches the variable impedance unit based on comparing results.

摘要: In a mesa type PIN-PD formed using a heavily doped semiconductor material, a high frequency response is degraded as slow carriers occur in a heavily doped layer when light incident into a light receiving section transmits through an absorbing layer and reaches the heavily doped layer on a side near the substrate. In a p-i-n multilayer structure, a portion corresponding to a light receiving section of a heavily doped layer on a side near a substrate is previously made thinner than the periphery of the light receiving section by an etching or selective growth technique, over which an absorbing layer and another heavily doped layer are grown to form the light receiving section of mesa structure. This makes it possible to form a good ohmic contact and to realize a PIN-PD with excellent high frequency response characteristics.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a multilayer ceramic capacitor includes the steps of: preparing a mixture of a raw material powder mainly composed of barium titanate particles; forming the mixture and a binder into a green sheet; alternately layering the green sheet and an internal electrode to obtain a laminated body; and sintering the laminated body. The step of preparing the mixture includes the steps of: introducing the raw material powder and the dispersion medium into a mixing container, and stirring them with balls serving as a mixing medium, to obtain a slurry containing a raw material powder mixture; and drying the slurry. The mixing medium has a diameter that is equal to or less than 400 times the mean particle size of the barium titanate particles of the raw material. The present invention provides a multilayer ceramic capacitor having good DC bias characteristics by suppressing the variation in crystal particles.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a multilayer ceramic capacitor, having the steps of: (a) alternately layering internal electrodes and ceramic green sheets containing a ceramic material having barium titanate to form a laminated body; (b) sintering the laminated body to obtain a sintered body; and (c) forming an external electrode on end faces of the sintered body to obtain a multilayer ceramic capacitor. The barium titanate has a diffraction line derived from (002) plane and a diffraction line derived from (200) plane in an X-ray diffraction chart. The ratio I(200)/Ib of peak intensity I(200) at 2θ(200) to diffraction intensity Ib at a midpoint angle between peak angle 2θ(002) of the diffraction line derived from the (002) plane and peak angle 2θ(200) of the diffraction line derived from the (200) plane is 2 to 10. The product r·Sa of mean particle size r (μm) of the barium titanate and specific surface area Sa (m2/g) is 1 to 2.
