A polyolefin-base liquid transport film having on the surface thereof a plurality of fine grooves, wherein a hydrophilic monomer is grafted to the surface of the fine grooves by radiation graft polymerization to form a graft layer and the hydrophilic monomer is an N,N-dialkylaminoalkyl (meth)acrylamide and/or a salt thereof.
