    摘要: A connector includes a plurality of terminal metal fittings that are arranged in parallel to one another and respectively have electric wire connection sections to which electric wires are electrically connected, and a connector housing that accommodates the plurality of terminal metal fittings therein. The plurality of terminal metal fittings are configured that the lengths of the electric wire connection sections are made longer in accordance with the arrangement thereof from one side toward the other side in an arrangement direction of the plurality of terminal metal fittings. The electric wires are connected to the electric wire connection sections respectively so that the electric wires extend from one end portions of the electric wire connection sections toward the one side and intersect with a longitudinal direction of the electric wire connection section.

The electrical contact portion includes: a pair of walls arranged in parallel to each other, which the insert portion is inserted between; and a plurality of elastic pieces provided at one wall of the pair of walls so as to be formed projecting from the one wall to the other wall of the pair of walls, and pushing the insert portion toward the other wall so as to hold the insert portion between the plurality of elastic pieces and the other wall.     摘要: A shielded connector is provided, by which the performance of electromagnetic shielding and grounding between the connector and a connector-mounting wall of ground side is improved. The shielded connector includes: a first connector having a first inner housing for receiving a first terminal connected to a shielded wire and an electrically conductive shielding shell, which is coated on the outer circumference of the first inner housing and connected to a shielded part of the shielded wire; and a second connector having an electrically conductive shielded terminal resiliently coming in contact with the outer circumference of the shielding shell, an electrically conductive outer housing coming in contact with the shielded terminal for receiving the shielded terminal, a second inner housing inserted in the outer housing, a second terminal inserted in the second inner housing, and an electrically conductive connecting member, which is integrally formed with the outer housing and fixed on a connector-mounting wall of ground side with fixing means. The shielding shell, the shielded terminal, the outer housing and the connecting member are made of non-magnetic material.

Accordingly, in a multi-polar shielded connector, the number of component parts can be reduced, the structure can be simplified, a size reduction can be made possible, and manufacturing costs can be decreased.

    摘要: This invention provides a method for coating a ceramic film on a metal, which can form dense films on various bases of metals such as magnesium alloys. The formed ceramic film has excellent abrasion resistance, causes no significant attack against a counter material, and has excellent corrosion resistance. The method comprises electrolyzing a metallic base in an electrolysis solution using the metallic base as a working electrode while causing glow discharge and/or arc discharge on the surface of the metallic base to form a ceramic film on the surface of the metallic base. The electrolysis solution contains zirconium oxide particles having an average diameter of not more than 1 μm, satisfies the following formulae (1) to (3): 0.05 g/L≦X≦500 g/L (1), 0 g/L≦Y≦500 g/L (2), and 0≦Y/X≦10 (3); and has a pH value of not less than pH 7.0. In the formulae (1) to (3), X represents the content of zirconium oxide particles in the electrolysis solution; and Y represents the content of a compound of at least one element selected from the group consisting of Mg and the like, other than zirconium oxide.
