    摘要: A laser irradiation device and a method of fabricating an OLED having an increased laser efficiency. The laser irradiation device includes: a light source to produce a laser beam; a collimation lens disposed adjacent to the light source; and an asymmetrical micro lens array disposed adjacent to the collimation lens. The method includes: providing a substrate having a first electrode; providing a donor substrate for laser transfer, including a sequentially stacked a base layer, a light-to-heat conversion layer, and a transfer layer; disposing the donor substrate on the substrate so that the transfer layer faces the substrate; and irradiating a predetermined region of the base layer using a laser irradiation device having a light source, a collimation lens, and an asymmetrical micro lens array, to transfer the transfer layer onto the substrate, and forming an organic layer pattern on the substrate.

    摘要: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display apparatus, including a substrate, at least one thin film transistor (TFT) on the substrate, an insulating layer covering the at least one TFT and having a via hole and a groove, a first electrode on the insulating layer and electrically connected to the at least one TFT through the via hole, a pixel define layer on the first electrode and the groove, the pixel define layer having an opening that exposes the first electrode; an intermediate layer electrically connected to the first electrode through the opening, the intermediate layer including an organic emissive layer, and a second electrode on the intermediate layer. The organic emissive layer may be easily formed in the opening because a step between the organic emissive layer and the pixel define layer may be reduced as a portion of pixel define layer fills the groove.

    摘要: Disclosed is a low power and high density source driver and a current driven active matrix organic electroluminescent device having the same, in which all elements operate at a normal voltage and all circuits of the source driver are shielded from a high voltage of a panel. The source driver includes: a shift register for generating an enable signal for storing data; a data latch circuit for storing digital data inputted from an exterior; a line latch circuit for sequentially storing the data in response to the enable signal and outputting the stored data in parallel at one time in response to a load signal; a current type digital-to-analog converter for converting the digital data outputted from the line latch circuit into an analog signal, the analog signal being outputted in a form of a current signal; and a high voltage shield circuit for transferring the output of the current digital-to-analog converter to source lines of an external panel and for shielding internal circuits from a high voltage of the panel. The shift register, the data latch circuit, the line latch circuit, the current type digital-to-analog converter and the high voltage shield circuit are driven at a normal voltage.
