    摘要: An information processing system, apparatus and method is disclosed wherein an image of a predetermined region and an image of moving bodies in the region can be picked up and any of images obtained by such image pickup which is desired by a user can be reproduced readily. Sensor images of the predetermined region are stored, and an image of the moving bodies in the region is picked up separately and stored together with reproduction information relating to reproduction of the sensor image from which the moving bodies are detected. When an instruction to reproduce the sensor image is issued, the reproduction information corresponding to the moving body is read out, and the sensor image is reproduced based on the read out reproduction information. The invention can be applied, for example, to a monitoring system.
