    摘要: A polypropylene thermoplastic resin composition comprising (a) a modified crystalline polypropylene of a crystalline polypropylene comprising said modified crystalline polypropylene and (b) a modified polyamide obtained by partially or wholly grafting a polyamide with a clay mineral. A polypropylene thermoplastic resin composition comprising, in addition to the above polypropylene thermoplastic resin composition comprising the components (a) and (b), one or any combination of the following components (c), (d) and (e): (c) an ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer rubber or a modified ethylene-.alpha.-olefin copolymer rubber, (d) a block copolymer between a monovinyl-substituted aromatic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene, a hydrogenation product of said block copolymer, or a modification product of said block copolymer, and (e) an inorganic filler. The modified polyamide as the component (b), obtained by modifying a polyamide with a clay mineral has good compatibility with or good dispersibility in the component (a), i.e. the modified crystalline polypropylene or the crystalline polypropylene comprising the modified crystalline polypropylene. Therefore, the polypropylene thermoplastic resin composition comprising these components (a) and (b) has excellent heat resistance and excellent impact resistance.

    摘要: A polypropylene resin composition comprising:(A) 45 to 70% by weight of an ethylene-propylene block copolymer synthesized under the process comprising the steps of;(a) polymerizing propylene with a Ziegler-Natta catalyst to obtain a highly crystalline polypropylene that contain not less than 97% by weight of a fraction insoluble in boiling n-heptane, and(b) copolymerizing ethylene with the polypropylene (a), and which(a) contains 0.5 to 10% by weight of ethylene,(b) contains 5 to 20% by weight of a fraction being soluble in p-xylene at room temperature and having an intrinsic viscosity value of not less than 2 (measured in decalin at 135.degree.     摘要: A resin composition for an automobile bumper comprising components (A), (B), and (C) described below:(A) 45 to 74% by weight of a crystalline ethylene-propylene block copolymer having (a) a flexural modulus of 15,000 kg/cm.sup.2 or more, (b) an ethylene content of 5 to 20% by weight, (c) an intrinsic viscosity (decalin, 135.degree. C.) of 5 to 20, (b) said component (II) being an amorphous ethylene-propylene copolymer having an ethylene content of 70 to 90% by weight and a Mooney viscosity value (ML.sub.1+4, 100.degree. C.) of 5 to 40, and (c) said component (III) being a hydrogenated block copolymer consisting of 10 to 40% by weight of an aromatic vinyl polymer block X and 60 to 90% by weight of a conjugate diene polymer block Y, having a structure of said block components being X-Y or X-(Y-X).sub.n , wherein n is 1 or 2, 90 mol% or more of said block Y being hydrogenated and the melt flow index (MI) of the hydrogenated block copolymer being 5 g/10 min. C., 2.16 kg) or more, and;(C) 5 to 10% by weight of talc having a combustion loss of 7% by weight or less, containing no particles having a diameter of 10 .mu.m or more and having an average particle diameter D.sub.50 of 1.0 to 3.0 .mu.m.

    摘要: A vehicle seat lifting unit is provided with a slider and a lift arm assembly that are driven by a drive unit to move a seat with a seat holder between an initial position inside the vehicle occupant compartment and a displaced position outside the vehicle occupant compartment that is lower than the initial position. The lift arm assembly has a pair of arms that cooperate with the slider and the seat holder to form a linkage mechanism. The drive unit moves the slider along the predetermined path between an advance position and a retreat position and causes the first and second arms of the lift arm assembly to selectively swing from backwardly tilted positions to forwardly tilted positions, which in turn selectively shifts the seat between the initial position and the displaced position outside the vehicle occupant compartment that is lower than the initial position.

    摘要: A shaped article having excellent rigidity, resistances to thermal deformation and to mechanical impact at a low temperature, a superior lacquer-bonding property and a satisfactory appearance is made from a propylene polymer composition comprising(A) 45 to 65% by weight of at least one crystalline ethylene-propylene block copolymer in which the content of the polymerized ethylene is in the range of from 5 to 10% by weight, in which the polypropylene component has a fraction thereof insoluble in boiling n-heptane, in an amount of 95% or more, in which a fraction thereof soluble in p-xylene at room temperature, has an intrinsic viscosity of from 3 to 4 determined in decahydronaphthalene at a temperature of 135.degree. C. and which has a melt flow index of from 5 to 70;(B) 25 to 40% by weight of at least one amorphous ethylene-propylene copolymer having an intrinsic viscosity of from 2.0 to 3.5 determined in decahydronaphthalene at a temperature of 135.degree. C., and a Mooney viscosity ML.sub.1+4 of from 40 to 100 determined at a temperature of 100.degree. C.;(C) 4 to 20% by weight of at least one high density polyethylene having a melt flow index of from 1 to 10; and(D) 3 to 20% by weight of talc in the form of fine particles having an average size of from 0.01 to 5 microns, the weight ratio of the amorphous ethylene-propylene copolymer (B) to the high density polyethylene (C) being in the range of from 10:1 to 5:3.

    摘要: A vehicle seat lift speed variable switch system basically has a lift-up mechanism, a control unit and an interface. The lift-up mechanism is configured to selectively lower and lift a vehicle seat between a first position inside a vehicle occupant compartment and a second position outside the vehicle occupant compartment. The control unit is configured to control lowering and lifting movements of the vehicle seat via the lift-up mechanism. The interface is configured to transmit a command signal to the control unit. The interface includes a lift switch and a lift speed variable switch. The control unit is further configured to operate the lift-up mechanism to move the vehicle seat at a predetermined speed when an input is received from only the lift switch, and at a different speed from than the predetermined speed when simultaneous inputs are received from the lift speed variable switch and the lift switch.
